Abstract:
هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی اصول تعاملی سرمایۀ اجتماعی برای کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی کشور ایران از منظر آموزههای اخلاقی نهج البلاغه میباشد، این اصول به نحوۀ تعاملات کارکنان با یکدیگر وارتباط آنها با ارباب رجوع اشاره دارد، روش این پژوهش کیفی و برای استخراج دادههای اصلی پژوهش از متن کامل نهج البلاغه ترجمۀ مرحوم محمد دشتی استفاده شده است، برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تکنیک تحلیل تم و با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda و برای اطمینان از صحت برداشتها و تایید مدل، از روش مراجعه به خبرگان به روش نمونهگیری قضاوتی (تعمدی) استفاده شده است. میزان پایایی بازآزمون وپایایی دوکدگذار به ترتیب 93 و 86 درصد تعیین گردیده است، نتایج تحقیق بیانگرشناسایی اصول تعاملی 1- رعایت انصاف نسبت به زیردستان و ارباب رجوع 2- انتقادپذیری و پاسخگویی مدیران و بالادستان 3- مدارا با ارباب رجوع و زیردستان 4- همیاری و کمک به همکاران و ارباب رجوع 5- تواضع و فروتنی نسبت به ارباب رجوع و زیردستان 6- دوری از بدگویی و زیرآب زنی نسبت به همکاران 7- دوری از غیبت و سخن چینی8- اعتماد و حسن ظن نسبت به ارباب رجوع و همکاران 9- رعایت منشور اخلاقی نسبت به ارباب رجوع و همکاران 10- دوری از چاپلوسی و تملق نسبت به مدیران و بالادستان 11- دوری از منت گذاری و بزرگنمایی کارها میباشد.
The purpose of this study is to identify the interactive principles of social capital for employees of government organizations in Iran from the perspective of ethical teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh. These principles refer to the way employees interact with each other and their relationship with the client. The main data of the research is the full text of Nahj al-Balagheh translated by the late Mohammad Dashti. Judicial (intentional) sampling method has been used. The reliability of the retest and the reliability of the coder have been determined to be 93% and 86%, respectively.
