Abstract:
نقدشوندگی سهام یکی از عواملی است که بر ارزش شرکت تأثیر دارد که خود می تواند ناشی از رفتار سهام‌داران عمده و ترکیبی که ساختار مالکیتی شرکت، دارد، باشد و این خود انگیزه اصلی انجاک این مطالعه بوده است. فرضیه‌های پژوهش بر مبنای نمونه آماری متشکل از 125 شرکت طی دوره 7 ساله از سال 1393 لغایت 1399 و با استفاده از الگوهای رگرسیونی چندگانه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد بین نقدشوندگی سهام و ارزش شرکت‌ها رابطه غیرخطی (U شکل) معنی‌دار وجود دارد. به‌عبارت دیگر، در سطوح پایه نقدشوندگی (قبل از نقطه آستانه 194/2)، بین نقدشوندگی و ارزش شرکت‌ها رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. اما، در سطوح بالاتر از سطح پایه نقدشوندگی، بین نقدشوندگی و ارزش شرکت‌ها رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود دارد. همچنین، سهام‌های با مالکان نهادی بالاتر، مالکان حقیقی بالاتر و سهام‌های بزرگترین سهامدار، باید در سطح نسبتاً پایین‌تری از نقدشوندگی (قبل از نقطه آستانه 176/3 برای مالکان نهادی، 662/3 برای مالکان حقیقی و 988/2 برای بزرگترین سهامدار) معامله شوند تا ارزش شرکت افزایش یابد
Stock liquidity is one of the main factors that affect firm value, which can be due to the behavior of major shareholders and the composition of the ownership structure of the company. this is the main motivation for this study. The research hypotheses were tested based on a statistical sample consisting of 125 companies during a 7-year period from 2014 to 2020 using multiple regression models. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there is a significant nonlinear (U-shaped) relationship between stock liquidity and corporate value. In other words, at the basic levels of liquidity (before the threshold point of 2.194), there is a negative and significant relationship between liquidity and the value of companies. However, at levels above the baseline level of liquidity, there is a positive and significant relationship between liquidity and the value of companies. Also, stocks with higher institutional owners, higher real owners, and shares of the largest shareholder should have a relatively lower level of liquidity (before the threshold point of 3.176 for institutional owners, 3.662 for real owners, and 2.988 for the largest shareholder) to trade to increase the value of the company.

نتايج پژوهش بادآورنهندي و ملکي (١٣٩٣) نشان ميدهد که شکاف قيمتي نسبي و تعداد دفعات گردش سهام به عنوان معيارهاي نقدشوندگي با ارزش شرکت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران رابطه مثبت دارد.
نتيجه گيري و بحث در اين پژوهش به بررسي تأثير ساختار مالکيت بر رابطه بين نقدشوندگي سهام و ارزش شرکت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شد.
اين يافته نشان ميدهد که بعد از نقطه آستانه ، نقدشوندگي تقويت شده منجر به هزينه سرمايه کمتر و قيمت بالاتر سهام و در نتيجه ، افزايش ارزش بازار شرکت ميشود.
