Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه عزت نفس سازمانی دبیران با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم شهرستان دیلم با نقش میانجی سبک رهبری دانشی صورت گرفت. هدف پژوهش به صورت کاربردی و روش آن به صورت کمی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران دوره متوسطه شهرستان بندر دیلم در سال تحصیلی 1396_1397 به تعداد 355 نفر میباشد که حجم نمونه برابر 185 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه عزت‌نفس سازمانی و پرسشنامه سبک رهبری دانشی است. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری توصیفی و استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری یا تحلیل چند متغیری با متغیر‌های مکنون به وسلیه نرم افزار Smart_PLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان دادند که بین عزت نفس سازمانی و ابعاد آن (خود مختاری، ارزش فرد در سازمان، سازگاری و قابلیت فردی) با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین بین عزت نفس سازمانی و ابعاد آن (خود مختاری، ارزش فرد در سازمان، سازگاری و قابلیت فردی) با سبک رهبری دانشی دبیران رابطه وجود دارد. در این راستا سبک رهبری دانشی دبیران بین عزت نفس سازمانی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان دارای نقش میانجی می باشد (05/0>P).
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the teachers' organizational self-esteem and academic achievement of high school students in Deylam city with the mediating role of knowledge leadership style. The research method was quantitative-descriptive-correlational and applied from in terms of purpose. The statistical population included all high school teachers in Bandar Deylam city in the academic year 1396-1397, whose total number is 355 people. The sample size was 185 people. The research instruments included organizational self-esteem questionnaire and knowledge leadership style questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods and structural equation modeling or multivariate analysis with latent variables using Smart-PLS software. Findings showed that there is a relationship between organizational self-esteem and its dimensions (autonomy, individual value in the organization, adaptability and individual ability) with the academic achievement of high school students. Also, there is a relationship between organizational self-esteem and its dimensions (autonomy, individual value in the organization, adaptability and individual capability) with teachers' knowledge leadership style and teachers' knowledge leadership style mediates between organizational self-esteem and students' academic achievement (P<0/05).
