Abstract:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی مدیریت دانش در شهرداری‌های کلانشهرهای ایران است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع، توصیفی همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه پژوهش تعداد 5000 هزار نفر از کارکنان 5 استان از شهرداری‌های کلانشهرهای کشور است. روش نمونه‌گیری پژوهش خوشه‌ای بوده که براساس فرمول کوکران 360 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته بود که از تحلیل کیفی پژوهش بدست آمد که شامل هفت مؤلفه و 59 سؤال می‌باشد.نتایج: نتیجه آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای نشان داد که بین وضعیت مطلوب و وضعیت موجود همه مؤلفه‌های الگوی مدیریت دانش در بین کارکنان شهرداری‌های کلانشهرهای ایران، تفاوت وجود دارد و وضعیت موجود نسبت به وضعیت مطلوب در حد پایین‌تری ارزیابی شده است. همچنین نتایج بار عاملی بزرگ‌تر از 6/0 بوده که در محدوده خوب و قابل قبول قرار دارد و با توجه به اینکه اعداد معنی‌داری یا همان t-value بزرگ‌تر از 96/1 است، معنی‌دار بودن همه مؤلفه‌های مدیریت دانش در شهرداری‌های کلان‌شهرها تأیید می‌گردد. بر این اساس، الگوی مدیریت دانش در شهرداری‌های کلانشهرهای ایران، از برازش مناسبی برخوردار می‌باشد.نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود در سازمان شهرداری‌ها از روش‌های جدید و خلاقانه برای انتقال دانش استفاده شود، توسعه خدمات الکترونیک در شهرداری‌ها صورت گیرد، کارکنان ترغیب شوند تا آموخته‌هایشان را به نیروی‌های جدید شهرداری انتقال دهند و کارکنان و مدیران از مزایای حاصل از پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش اطلاع یابند.
Purpose: The study aims to develop a knowledge management model in Iran's metropolitan municipalities.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey type. The research population is 5000 employees from 5 provinces from the metropolitan municipalities. Based on Cochran's formula, 360 people were selected by the cluster research sampling method. The research tool is a questionnaire obtained from qualitative research analysis that includes seven components and 59 questions.Results: The one-sample t-test showed a difference between the desired situation and the current situation of all components of the knowledge management model among the employees of metropolitan municipalities in Iran. The current situation is rated lower than the desired situation. Also, the factor load is more significant than 0.6, which is in a good and acceptable range. Because the t-value is more significant than 1.96, the significance of all knowledge management components in metropolitan municipalities is confirmed. Furthermore, a model with seven components is presented to the country's municipalities.Conclusion: It is suggested to use new and creative methods for knowledge transfer in the municipal organization, develop electronic services in municipalities, encourage employees to transfer their learning to new municipal forces, and employees and managers to benefit from the implementation of knowledge management.
