Abstract:
الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة بحث وتحليل واقع الشباب الأردني من الجنسين الذين أنشئوا مشاريع إنتاجية صغيرة (مايكروية الطابع) خاصة بهم في محافظة العاصمة عمان .وقد تم دراسة نوع؛ء وطبيعة هذه المشاريعء بالإضافة إلى الخصائص الاجتماعية- الاقتصادية لأصحابها من الشباب الأردني من سن 30-12 سنة بحسب تعريف الاستراتيجية الوطنية للشباب 2009-2005. كما تمت دراسة أثر هذه المشاريع على حياة المبحوثين› و أسرهم من حيث الدخل المالي الشهري المتأتي من المشاريع. وقد استخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينةء وجمعت المعلومات بواسطة الاستبيان الذي أعد من قبل فريق البحثء من عينة تتكون من 300 شاب وفتاة من الذين أنشئوا مشاريع إنتاجية مايكروية خاصة بهم في منطقة الدراسة. أما النواتج المتوقعة لهذه الدراسة فهي تشمل ما يلي: [- تطوير بعض. سياسات مؤسسات التمويل الميكروي والصغير فيما يتعلق بتقديم القروض لإنشاء مشاريع إنتاجيةء وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بالفقراء من الشباب» وكذلك المتعطلون عن العمل. 2- ترسيخ التوجه من قبل الشباب لإنشاء مشاريع إنتاجية خاصة بهم تغنيهم عن الوظائف الحكوميةء وتبعد عنهم الفقر والبطالة. هذاء وقد تم تمويل إجراء هذه الدراسة الميدانية من خلال منحة مالية قدمت من صندوق دعم البحث العلمي - وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في عمان.
The main goal of this study is to investigate and analyze Jordanian youths who have
established income - generating small projects ([micro in nature) in Amman area. Sample
consisted of 300 youths from greater Amman area- all owners of micro projects. The type and
nature of the projects, and their effects on the lives of youths and their families. Monthly
income, and employment opportunities resulting from these projects were documented.
Sample survey methodology was used, and data were collected by means of a structured
questionnaire prepared by the researchers. The sample consists of 300 male and female youths
who established income generating small [micro) projects in different locations of Amman area,
and who are currently operating these projects.
Expected impacts of the findings of this study may include the following: 1) Policy
adaptation of microfinance firms and funds ,especially with regard to loans extended to poor
youths. 2) Lending more support to income-generating small projects subculture among
youths , and other social groups in the society.
