Abstract:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی پردازش معناشناختی واژههای گفتاری و نوشتاری در نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی و مقایسه آن با نوجوانان سالم بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع کمًی و از نظر روش تجربی است. گروه آزمایش شامل30 نوجوان مبتلا به فلج مغزی 10 تا 15 ساله بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. عارضه همه آنها از نوع اسپاستیک بود. برای گروه کنترل، 30 نوجوانان سالم مطابق با جنسیت، سن و تحصیلات نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی انتخاب شد. جهت ارزیابی تواناییهای واژگانی آزمونیهای پژوهش از آزمونهای (47) و (48) انطباق واژههای گفتاری و نوشتاری با تصویر (پالپا) استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که توانایی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی در پردازش معنایی واژههای گفتاری و واژههای نوشتاری به طور معنیداری نسبت به نوجوانان سالم ضعیفتر است. همچنین، الگوی رشد واژههای گفتاری و نوشتاری نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی نسبت به نوجوانان سالم دچار تأخیر است. نتیجهگیری: تحلیل یافتههای پژوهش مشخص کرد، اختلال در شبکه واژگانی و اختلال ادراکی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی عامل ضعف در پردازش معنایی واژههای گفتاری و نوشتاری آنها است. هر چند که، اختلال ادراکی آنها به مراتب بیشتر است.
Objective: The present study aimed to assess and compare semantic processing of spoken and written words in adolescents with cerebral palsy and healthy adolescents. Method: The present study is quantitative in terms of type and experimental in terms of method. Examination Group consisted 30 adolescents with cerebral palsy aged 10 to 15 years were selected by convenience sampling method. All of them were spastic. For control group, 30 healthy adolescents were selected according to gender, age and education of adolescents with cerebral palsy. To assess the subjects’ vocabulary abilities, spoken and written word-picture matching tests (47) and (48) were used. Results: The results showed that adolescents with cerebral palsy’ abilities in semantic processing of spoken and written words are significantly weaker than healthy adolescents. Furthermore, the developing spoken and written word patterns in adolescents with cerebral palsy delayed compared to healthy adolescents. Conclusion: Data analysis revealed that vocabulary network and perceptual impairment are the cause of weak semantic processing of spoken and written words in adolescents with cerebral palsy. However, their perceptual impairment is far greater.
