Abstract:
مقدمه: آموزش قبل از ازدواج نقش به سزائی در تحکیم و تداوم ازدواج و خانواده از جنبههای مختلف دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر " بررسی تاثیر آموزش قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر عوامل خطرساز با رویکرد شناختی - رفتاری بر تابآوری و کیفیت زندگی زوجین نامزد " بوده است.
روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش گردآوری دادهها، طرح نیمهآزمایشی بر اساس طرح پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود که در شهرری در سال 1399 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تمام زوجین نامزدی بودند که سال 1399 به مراکز مشاوره یا مراکز مشابه در شهرری مراجعه نمودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 26 زوج از زوجهای نامزد بودند که بهصورت گمارش تصادفی در 2 گروه آزمایش و کنترل (13 زوج در هر گروه) قرار داده شدند. انتخاب این افراد با مراجعه به مراکز مشاوره و صحبت با زوجین مراجعهکننده بهصورت داوطلب شدن خودشان صورت گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تابآوری کانر و دیویدسون2003 (CD-RIS) و پرسشنامه سازمان بهداشت جهانی1996 (WHOQOL _ BREF) بود که آن را شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخلات آموزشی تکمیل نمودند.
نتایج: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که آموزش قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر عوامل خطرساز با رویکرد شناختی _ رفتاری بر تابآوری و کیفیت زندگی زوجین نامزد اثرگذار بوده است، ولی در گروه کنترل این چنین اثر مثبتی دیده نشد. از پژوهش اینگونه نتیجهگیری میشود که توجه ویژه به مساله ازدواج و ارائه آموزشهای لازم قبل از ازدواج که در چارچوب رویکرد مناسب باشد میتواند تابآوری زوجین نامزد را در برابر مسائل زندگی بالاتر برده و کیفیت زندگی آنها را بهبود بخشد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: از پژوهش اینگونه نتیجهگیری میشود که توجه ویژه به مساله ازدواج و ارائه آموزشهای لازم قبل از ازدواج که در چارچوب رویکرد مناسب باشد میتواند تابآوری زوجین نامزد را در برابر مسائل زندگی بالاتر برده و کیفیت زندگی آنها را بهبود بخشد.
Introduction: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of premarital education based on risk factors with a cognitive – behavioral approach on the resilience and quality of life of the candidate couple. Method: This method was applid in terms of purpose and hn terms of nature and method of data collection, was a quasi – experimental design based pretest – posttest design with a control group that was conducted in Shahreri in 1399. The statistical population was all engaged couples who referred to counseling centers or similr centers in Shahreri in 1399. The statistical sample of the study consisted of 26 pairs of candidate couples who were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (13 couples in each group). These people were selected by referring to counseling centers and talking to the couples who volunteered. The research tool included the Conner and Davidson resilience questionnaire 2003 (CD-RIS) and World Health quality of life 1996 (BREF –WHOQOL) which was completed by the participants befor and after the educational interventions. Result: Data analysis showed that premarital education based on risk factors with a cognitive – behavioral approach had an effect on the resilience and quality of life of the candidate couple, but such a positive effect was not in the control group. Discussion and conclusion: It is concluded from the research that paying special attention to the issue of marriage and providing the necessary pre – marital education that is within the framework of an appropriate approach can increase candidate couple’s resilience to life issues and improve their quality of life.
