Abstract:
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شایستگی حرفه‌ای مدیران آموزش متوسطه کشور براساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش می‌باشد.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش برحسب هدف بنیادی - کاربردی، و برحسب نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع داده‌ها آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمی ) از نوع اکتشافی برحسب روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل اعضای هیات علمی و خبرگان و صاحبنظران مدیران آموزشی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و اصل اشباع 15 نفر به عنوان مصاحبه‌شونده انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و معاونین آموزش و پرورش تهران که به تعداد 335 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوریداده‌ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته محیط یادگیری برگرفته از مصاحبه و بر پایه مبانی نظری به صورت محقق ساخته بود . جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای شناسایی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای ارائه مدل تحقیق و همچنین تکنیک مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) با نرم‌افزار AMOSاستفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های حرفه‌ای شایستگی به ترتیب اولویت متغیر شایستگی فردی، شایستگی اخلاقی، شایستگیفنی، شایستگی اداری، شایستگی سازمانی، شایستگی ارتباطی و شایستگی عملکردی بوده که در الگو از اعتبار مناسب برخوردار بود.بحث و نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه می‌توان به رفع ابهام عملکردی مدیران آموزش و پرورش همت گذاشت و چشم‌انداز شفاف و بهینه‌ای را برای تأمین،تربیت و نگهداشت منابع انسانی آموزش و پرورش فراهم آورد.
Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of comparison the academic performance and mental health of gifted and normal female students.
Methodology: This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was causal-comparative. The research population was gifted and normal female students of Talesh Township in the academic years of 2018-19. The population of gifted female students was 104 people, which according to Krejcie and Morgan table number of 82 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method and accordingly, 82 normal female students who were matched with them were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method. The research tools were included the academic performance questionnaire (Pham & Taylor, 1999) and symptom checklist revised of mental disorders (Drogatis, Lipman & Covi, 1973). Data were analyzed by dependent t-test in SPSS-20 software.
Findings: The findings showed that gifted and normal female students were significantly different in terms of academic performance and all five components including self-efficacy, emotional effects, planning, lack of outcome control and motivation (P<0.05). In the other words, gifted female students were better off in terms of academic performance and its components. Other findings showed that gifted and normal female students were significantly different only in terms of two components of mental health including somatization and obsessive-compulsive (P<0.05), but in terms of overall mental health and other components including interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, aggression, phobia, paranoid ideation and psychoticism were not significantly different (P>0.05). In the other words, gifted female students were worse off only in terms of the two components of somatization and obsessive-compulsive, but there was no significant difference in terms of overall mental health and other components.
Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, planning is necessary to improve the academic performance of normal female students and reduce somatization and obsessive-compulsive of gifted female students

با تجزيه و تحليل شايستگي مديريتي مدير، لازم است دو مولفه متقابل آن را از هم متمايز کرد: شـکل عملکردي مجموعه اي از دانش ، مهارت ها و تواناييها براي حل وظايف مديريتي، و شکل گيري شخصي مجموعـه اي از نيازهـا، علايـق ، انگيزه ها، نگرش ها، ارزها و اهداف فعاليت هاي مديريتي، توانايي خودارزيابي کافي به عنوان يک شخصيت حرفه اي و مـديريتي.
بـر ايـن اسـاس شايستگيهاي حرفه اي مديران آموزشي مدارس کشور به شرح ذيل ميباشند: - شايستگي فردي: نتايج ارزيابي پرسشنامه ها گوياي آن است که مهم ترين مؤلفه ها در حوزه شايسـتگي فـردي، شـامل نگـرش فردي، استقلال فکري، خودکارآمدي، ايده محوري و ادراک توسعه و بالندگي بوده که بايد جهت انتصاب و انتخاب مديران مـورد توجه قرار گيرد.
در اين پژوهش مدل شايستگيهاي مورد نياز مديران جهت استفاده در با مولفه کلي شايستگيهـاي دانشـي، شخصيتي، اجرايي، رهبري و هدايت ، ارتباطي، حرفه اي و ادراکي ارائه شده است .
