Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر معیارهای عدم اطمینان اقتصادی بر رابطه بین قابلیت مقایسه صورت‌های مالی و خطر سقوط قیمت سهام در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. برای اندازه‌گیری ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام از معیار چولگی منفی بازده سهام و برای اندازه‌گیری عدم اطمینان اقتصادی از سه شاخص تغییرات نرخ تورم، تغییرات نرخ ارز و تغییرات نرخ رشد اقتصادی استفاده شده است. بدین منظور داده‌های مربوط به 119 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی بین سال‌های 1392 تا 1398 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته است. الگوی رگرسیون پژوهش با استفاده از روش داده‌های تابلویی با رویکرد اثرات تصادفی، بررسی و آزمون شده است. نتایج نشان داد در شرایط عدم اطمینان اقتصادی، خطر سقوط قیمت سهام افزایش‌یافته و معیارهای عدم اطمینان اقتصادی رابطه منفی بین قابلیت مقایسه صورت‌های مالی و خطر سقوط قیمت سهام را تعدیل می‌کنند. علاوه بر این، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ارتقاء ویژگی کیفی قابلیت مقایسه در صورت‌های مالی باعث تسهیل دسترسی سرمایه‌گذاران به برخی اطلاعات افشاء نشده توسط مدیران شرکت‌ها می‌شود و ازاین‌رو انگیزه مدیران جهت انباشت اخبار بد کاهش‌یافته و در نتیجه ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام در اثر انتشار ناگهانی اخبار بد مخفی شده کاهش می‌یابد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of economic uncertainty criteria on the relationship between the financial statement comparability and the stocks price crash risk in companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange. To measure stocks price crash risk, the criterion of negative stock skewness was used and to measure the economic uncertainty, three indicators of inflation rate changes, exchange rate changes and economic growth rate changes were used. For this purpose, data related to 119 companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange for the period from 2014 to 2020 have been analyzed. The research regression model has been investigated and tested using the panel data method with a random effects approach. The results showed that in conditions of economic uncertainty, stocks price crash risk increased and economic uncertainty criteria moderate the negative relationship between financial statement comparability and stocks price crash risk. In addition, the results showed that improving the quality of financial statement comparability facilitates investors’ access to some information not disclosed by company managers, and therefore managers' motivation to accumulate bad news is reduced, resulting in stocks price crash risk. The effect of the sudden release of bad news is reduced

باتوجه به مطالب بيان شده و نيز ازآنجاکه جامعه ، سياست و اقتصاد اجزاي تفکيک ناپذير هستند و بررسي و تفسير مسائل اقتصادي در غياب ملاحظات مربوط به عوامل سياسي، اجتماعي و سازماني به نتيجه روشني نميانجامد لذا در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تأثير قابليت مقايسه صورت هاي مالي بر ريسک سقوط قيمت سهام با تاکيد بر نقش تعاملي عدم اطمينان اقتصادي (شاخص نرخ تورم ، نرخ ارز و نرخ رشد اقتصادي) پرداخته شده است .
پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تأثير عدم اطمينان اقتصادي بر رابطه بين قابليت مقايسه صورت هاي مالي و خطر سقوط قيمت سهام در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي بازه زماني ١٣٩٢ تا ١٣٩٨ با استفاده از اطلاعات ١١٩ شرکت منتخب پرداخته است .
