Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیدایش سکوت سازمانی معلمان بود. رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه تحقیقات انجام شده داخلی و خارجی در رابطه با موضوع سکوت سازمانی برگرفته از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی در بازده زمانی(2021-2013) به تعداد 100 مقاله بود که کل مقالات دریافت شده طی واکاوی محتوایی دسته بندی و غربالگری شده اند و تعداد 39 مقاله (10 منبع خارجی و 29 منبع داخلی) که واجد شرایط و معیار های مدنظر پژوهش بودند بصورت نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز، از چک لیست محقق ساخته، جهت گزارش و ثبت اطلاعات پژوهش های اولیه که از طریق جستجو با کلید واژه های مختلف و مرتبط با هدف پژوهش گردآوری شده بود، استفاده گردید. به منظور تحلیل یافته ها، از الگوی شش مرحله ای سنتزپژوهی روبرتس استفاده شد. در بررسی اعتماد داده چارچوب ارائه شده، از 4 معیار؛ باورپذیری، انتقال پذیری،اطمینان پذیری و تایید پذیری استفاده گردید.حاصل تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و ترکیبی مقولات، استخراج یک چهارچوب مفهومی در حوزه عوامل سکوت سازمانی حول 4 سطح؛ سازمانی، فردی، مدیریتی و اجتماعی است.
The purpose of this study was to identify effective factors on the emergence of teacher's organizational silence through synthesis research. The research method is qualitative and of the research synthesis type. The population of the study was comprised of all domestic and non-domestic documents related to the subject of organizational silence from databases between 2013 and 2021, totaling 100 articles. All received articles were categorized and screened through content analysis, and 39 articles (10 external sources and 29 internal sources) meeting the criteria considered in the study in the aforementioned period were selected by purposive sampling as a statistical sample and were examined. The research tool was a checklist created by the researcher to record initial research information by searching for different keywords pertaining to the purpose of the research. Roberts six steps synthetic research model was used to data analysis. The validity of the proposed framework was evaluated on the basis of four criteria: credibility, transferability, trustworthiness, and confirmability. The result of the inductive and compositional content analysis of the categories is the extraction of the conceptual framework of the factors of organizational silence around 4 levels: organizational, individual, managerial, and social.
