Abstract:
درمان مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان یک درمان چندوجهی و یکپارچه است که به طور گستردهای برای درمان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر به کار گرفته شده است و اثربخشی آن بر مولفههای اضطرابی افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر ثابت شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان بر بهبود علائم و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون و گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی شهر شیراز در سال 1398 بود که به کلینیکهای اعصاب و روان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز مراجعه کردند. نمونهی پژوهش شامل 22 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی بودند که به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش در دو مقطع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون از طریق مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته برای DSM-5، برنامهی مصاحبه اختلالهای اضطرابی بر اساس DSM-5 و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که اجرای درمان گروهی مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان بر بیماران گروه آزمایش مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی، علائم اضطرابی (علائم اضطرابی، نگرانی و تغییر رفتار ناسازگارانه) و کیفیت زندگی (فیزیکی، روانشناختی و محیطی) گروه آزمایش را در مقایسه با بیماران گروه کنترل که درمان دریافت نمیکردند، به شکل معنی داری بهبود میبخشد (p≤0. 05). نتیجهگیری: درمان گروهی مبتنی بر تنظیم هیجان که شامل مداخله در سازههای نگرانی و تنظیم هیجان میشود، علائم و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وحشتزدگی را بهبود میبخشد.
Introduction: Emotion Regulation Therapy (ERT) is a multifaceted and integrated treatment that is widely used for generalized anxiety disorder and its effectiveness on factors of generalized anxiety disorder has been approved. The purpose of this study was to examine Effectiveness of Emotion Regulation Group Therapy on symptom reduction and quality of life in individuals with Panic disorder. This is an experimental study with pre-test and post-test design and control group. Population of the of the present study was All patients with panic disorder in Shiraz city in 1398 who went to the psychiatric clinics of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. The sample was 22 patients with Panic disorder who were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. Method: The subjects in the experimental group and the control group were assessed in both pre-test and post-test periods using Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5, Anxiety and Related Disorders Interview Schedule for DSM-5 and The World Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaire. Results: results showed that Group format of Emotion Regulation Therapy significantly Improve Symptoms of anxiety and quality of life of individuals with Panic disorder. Conclusion: Emotion Regulation Therapy including intervention in worry and emotion regulation construct, Improve symptoms and quality of life of patients with panic disorder.
