Abstract:
امروزه محل سکونت افراد چه از بعد اجتماعی و چه از بعد فیزیکی از تعیین کنندههای مهم سلامت محسوب میشود و هرگونه مداخله موفق به منظور ارتقای سطح سلامتی و بهداشت بدون شناخت محیط زندگی امکان پذیر نیست. این پژوهش در صدد آن است که با بررسی کیفیت مسکن آپارتمانی و شناخت عواملی که دردستیابی به سلامت محیطی و بهبود و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی ساکنان اثرگذار است گام نهاده و موجب کاهش حداکثری آلودگی محیط زیست طبیعی و مصنوع گردد. روش تحقیق این مقاله، روش ترکیبی (کمی-کیفی) و از نوع تحقیق همبستگی است و به لحاظ هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. پس از بررسی-های با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده مجتمع مسکونی APS در بلوار معالی آباد شهر شیراز شناسایی شد. حجم اطمینان با سطح احتمال 95 در صد، احتمال خطای 5 درصد و با این فرض که 50 در صد از جمعیت پاسخ یکسانی بدهند، برابر 112نفر تعیین گردید که به منظور اطمینان بیشتر به 115 نفر افزایش یافت. در پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر کیفیت مسکن بر سلامت محیطی ساکنان از پرسشنامهای با 16 گویه در قالب درجه بندی لیکرت و به صورت پنج درجهای (از بسیار موافقم تا بسیار مخالفم) به گویهها که با بررسی و شناخت زیر عاملهای متغیر مستقل (کیفیت مسکن) و متغیر وابسته (سلامت محیطی) تهیه شده بود پاسخ داده شده است.

This study seeks to examine the quality of apartment housing and identify the factors that affect environmental health and improve and improve the quality of life of residents and reduce the maximum pollution of natural and artificial environment. The research method of this article is a combination (quantitative-qualitative) method and it is a correlational research and it is a practical research in terms of purpose. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. After investigations, the APS residential complex on Ma'ali Abad Boulevard in Shiraz was identified by simple random sampling method. The confidence level was set at 95 percent, with a probability of error of 5 percent, and assuming that 50 percent of the population would respond in the same way, equal to 112, which increased to 115 for greater confidence. In the present study, in order to investigate the effect of housing quality on environmental health of residents, a questionnaire with 16 items in the form of Likert ranking and five degrees (from very agree to very disagree) to the items that by examining and recognizing the sub-factor The independent variable (housing quality) and the dependent variable (environmental health) were prepared.
