Abstract:
ارتقاء واقعی و عمیق علمی کشور، آرمان بزرگی است که جز با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و هماهنگ محقق نخواهد شد. نیل به این آرمان و تحقق مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه‌ها نیازمند ترسیم صحیح مسیر و شناسایی مولفه‌های اساسی مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه‌ها هست. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مولفه‌های موثر بر مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) به‌عنوان یکی از نهادهای علمی دارای فلسفه وجودی تولید علم دینی است، که با ساختاردهی به مولفه‌های شناسایی‌شده درصدد طراحی مدل مفهومی مرجعیت علمی برای دانشگاه‌ها هست. در این مقاله با مرور ادبیات و مبانی نظری مرجعیت علمی و همچنین با بررسی اسناد بالادستی دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) از قبیل راهبردهای 12 گانه مقام معظم رهبری، سند چشم‌انداز و بیانیه ماموریت دانشگاه، سند اهداف کلان دانشگاه، سند نظام جامع تربیتی و برنامه‌ریزی درسی دانشگاه امام صادق (ع)، مولفه‌های موثر بر مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) احصا گردید. در ادامه به‌منظور ساختاردهی به این مولفه‌ها و تفسیر و تبیین روابط بین آنها با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری و با دریافت نظرات 12 نفر خبره، داده‌های موردنظر شامل اظهارنظر ایشان در خصوص مولفه‌ها و روابط بین آنها جمع‌آوری گردید. در ادامه مبتنی بر روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری روابط علی ـ معلولی بین مولفه‌ها شناسایی و مدل سلسله مراتبی مربوطه استخراج گردید و همچنین با اجرای تحلیل MICMAC مولفه‌ها در دسته‌های چهارگانه از حیث تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری تقسیم‌بندی شدند. خروجی حاصل از مدل و نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از استقلال و زیربنایی بودن مولفه ماموریت‌گرایی دانشگاه است که در دانشگاه امام صادق (ع) این مولفه از وجوه ممیزه اصلی دانشگاه است. سایر مولفه‌ها و روابط بین آنها نیز در بخش‌ها و لایه‌های سطح‌بندی شده‌ی مدل ارائه‌شده قرارگرفته‌اند که می‌تواند در مسیر مرجعیت علمی دانشگاه موردتوجه قرار گیرد.
The real and profound scientific advancement of the country is a great ideal that will not be achieved except through careful and coordinated planning. Achieving this ideal and realizing the scientific authority of universities requires drawing the right path and identifying the basic components of the scientific authority of universities. The purpose of this study is to identify the effective components on the scientific authority of Imam Sadeq University as one of the scientific institutions with an existential philosophy of producing religious knowledge and also to structure these components. In this article, by reviewing the literature and theoretical foundations of scientific authority and also by examining the upstream documents of Imam Sadeq University such as 12 strategies of the Supreme Leader, vision document and mission statement of the university, document of macro goals of the university, document of comprehensive educational system and planning Curriculum of Imam Sadeq University, effective components in the scientific authority of Imam Sadeq University were counted. Then, in order to structure these components and interpret and explain the relationships between them using the structural-interpretive modeling method and receiving the opinions of 12 experts, the data were collected. The output of the model and the results of data analysis indicate the independence and underlying components of the university mission-oriented components and special educational procedures and systems that in Imam Sadeq University, these two components are the main distinguishing features of the university.
