Abstract:
امروزه یکی از چالش‌های پیش روی مدیریت شهری در حریم شهر تهران، رشد شتابان سکونتگاه‌های پیرامونی و گستردگی فضایی-کالبدی در این محدوده‌هاست؛ به‌طوری‌که نوعی ناپایداری و پیچیدگی عملکردی را در این پهنه‌ها پدید آورده که تداوم این روند بر کیفیت زیست‌پذیری شهری در حریم تأثیرگذار است. بنابراین مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری می‌توانند با آسیب‌شناسی زیست‌پذیری حریم کلان‌شهر تهران راهبردی جهت حفظ و صیانت از آن را ارائه نمایند. هدف از این مقاله آسیب‌شناسی زیست‌پذیری شهری در حریم کلان‌شهر تهران است. روش آن توصیفی -تحلیلی و از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها از معادلات ساختاری PLS استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از 5 مؤلفه و 46 شاخص استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کلیه شاخص‌ها با یکدیگر رابطه معناداری دارند. همچنین شاخصهای اجتماعی – فرهنگی، خدماتی – زیربنایی و محیطی – اکولوژیکی دارای بیشترین اثرات کل و شاخصهای اقتصادی و مدیریتی دارای کمترین اثرات کل در آسیب‌شناسی زیست‌پذیری حریم کلان‌شهر تهران را در برمی‌گیرند. همچنین شاخصهای خدماتی – زیربنایی اجتماعی – فرهنگی و مدیریتی دارای بیشترین عملکرد سازه و شاخصهای اقتصادی و محیطی – اکولوژیکی دارای کمترین عملکرد سازه در آسیب‌شناسی زیست‌پذیری حریم کلان‌شهر تهران را دارا می‌باشند.

Therefore, urban managers and urban planners can provide a strategy for its preservation and protection with the pathology of livability in suburban of Tehran metropolis. The purpose of this article is the pathology of urban livability in suburban of Tehran metropolis. Its method is descriptive-analytical and its nature is practical. Also, social-cultural, service-infrastructural and environmental-ecological indicators have the most total effects and economic and management indicators have the least total effects in the pathology of the livability of Tehran's metropolis suburban.
