Abstract:
«خودشفقتی» یا شفقت بر خود، یک فضیلت اخلاقی بنیادین در ساحت ارتباط با خود است که فرد را در مواجهه با بحران، شکست و رنج یاری می‌دهد و در دو دهۀ اخیر مورد اقبال گستردۀ روان‌شناسان قرار گرفته است. در قرآن کریم آیات بسیاری دربارۀ ایجاد و ارتقای این فضیلت وجود دارد که تاکنون استخراج نشده و انجام این کار می‌تواند گام بلندی در توسعه و تعمیق مطالعات تربیتی به شمار آید. روان‌شناسان رویکردهای درمانی ویژه‌ای مبتنی بر شفقت بر خود مطرح کرده‌اند؛ اما برنامۀ تربیتی قرآن در سه ساحت شناخت، عاطفه و رفتار قابل‌جست‌‌وجوست. ازاین‌‌رو مسئلۀ پژوهش حاضر، استخراج راهکارهای عاطفی تقویت خودشفقتی، به‌مثابۀ بخشی از لایۀ میانی نظام تربیت قرآنی، بر اساس روش تحلیلی است. با بررسی آیات دارای محتوای خودشفقتی، هفت مؤلفۀ عاطفی‌‌روانی به دست آمده که عبارت‌اند از: اتصال به کانون هستی، غنای نفس و تعالی تمایلات، شکرگزاری، صبر، امیدواری برای جبران، پذیرش مهربانانۀ خود و کنترل هیجانات منفی (حفظ آرامش). این راهکارهای عاطفی نسبت به رویکردهای موجود روان‌شناختی از جامعیت، کمال و اطمینان‌بخشی بالاتری برخوردارند و از غنای شاخصه‌های روان‌شناسی توحیدی؛ مانند: ایمان به خدا، توبه، معاد و حیات جاودان، سود جسته‌اند.
Self-compassion" is a fundamental moral virtue in the field of self-communication that helps a person in facing crisis, failure and suffering, and in the last two decades, psychologists have paid a lot of attention to it. On the other hand, the Holy Qur'an has many verses about the creation and promotion of this virtue, which have not been extracted so far and can be considered a big step in the development of existing educational studies. Psychologists have proposed special therapeutic approaches based on self-compassion; however, the Qur'an educational program can be searched in three areas of cognition, emotion and behavior. The issue of this research is to extract its emotional solutions as the middle layer of the Qur'anic education system with an analytical method. By examining the self-compassion verses, seven emotional-psychological components were obtained: connection to the center of existence, enrichment of the soul and exaltation of desires, gratitude, patience, hope for compensation, kind acceptance and negative emotions control (keeping calm). Compared to existing psychological approaches, these emotional solutions are more comprehensive, perfect and reassuring, and they have benefited from the richness of monotheistic psychology features such as faith in God, repentance, resurrection and eternal life.
