Abstract:
هدف پژوهش: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ابعاد و عوامل تاثیرگذار در زمینه ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی (سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران) است. روش پژوهش: روش بکار رفته در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و از لحاظ ابزار تحلیل کمی بوده است. جامعه آماری: جامعه آماری و حجم نمونه‌ای شامل دو بخش کارکنان سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران (تعداد جامعه 4000 نفر و حجم نمونه برابر با 350 نفر) و کارشناسان حوزه مدیریت (نمونه 15 مورد، جهت پاسخگویی به دو پرسشنامه کارشناسی محقق ساخته) به انجام رسیده است. روش انجام پژوهش:. سه مدل تحلیل عاملی، ای اچ پی فازی و دیمتل فازی جهت بررسی وجوح مختلف اهمیت شاخص‌های فرهنگ سازمانی به کار رفته است. یافته و نتیجه پژوهش: تحلیل عاملی نشان دارد که 8 عامل ترکیبی در شکل‌دهی به فرهنگ سازمانی دخیل هستند (ترکیب 56 گویه). مورد هستند. در ادامه با استفاده از روش ای اچ پی فازی، 5 مورد به عنوان شاخص‌های با بالاترین رتبه وارد ماتریس دیمتل فازی گردید. نتایج این شاخص نشان دهنده تاثیر عمده شاخص خطرپذیری، بر دیگر شاخص‌ها (خلاقیت و نوآوری، خطرپذیری، تاثیر نتایج تصمیمات بر کارکنان، توجه به تیم و جاه‌طلبی و تهورطلبی) بود. بنابراین، ریسک-خطرپذیری در ارتقای سایر اجزای فرهنگ سازمانی نقش تعیین کننده‌ای دارد و بایستی مورد تشویق قرار گیرد.
Objective of the research: The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions and factors affecting the promotion of organizational culture (Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality).Research Method: The method used in this study was descriptive-analytical and quantitative in terms of analysis tools.Statistical population: Statistical population and sample size including two departments of Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization (population 4000 and sample size equal to 350 people) and management experts (sample of 15 cases, to answer two researcher-made expert questionnaires) Done.Research method :. Three models of factor analysis, fuzzy AHP and fuzzy dimethyl have been used to examine different aspects of the importance of organizational culture indicators.Findings and Results: Factor analysis shows that 8 combination factors are involved in shaping organizational culture (combination of 56 items). Are the case. Then, using the fuzzy AHP method, 5 items were entered into the fuzzy dimethyl matrix as indicators with the highest rank. The results of this index showed the main effect of the risk index on other indicators (creativity and innovation, risk-taking, the effect of decision results on employees, team attention and ambition and daring). Therefore, risk-taking plays a crucial role in promoting other components of organizational culture and should be encouraged.
