Abstract:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت درمانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی افراد مبتلا به اضطراب شهر اهواز بود. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب بودند که در سال ۱۳۹۹ به کلنیکهای درمانی روان شناختی شهر اهواز مراجعه کرده بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند تعداد ۴۵ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایشی پذیرش و تعهد، و واقعیت درمانی، و یک گروه گواه) قرار گرفتند. طرح پژوهش از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جهت جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) استفاده شد. مداخله درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد طی ۸ جلسه و واقعیت درمانی طی 10 جلسه ۱۲۰ دقیقهای اجرا گردید. یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس در نرم افزار SPSS-23 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهزیستی روان شناختی در مراجعین مبتلا به اضطراب تاثیر بهتری داشت. نتیجهگیری: افراد مبتلا به اضطراب کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی پایینتری دارند که برای بهبود این وضعیت باید از درمانهای روانشناختی بهره گرفت که درمیان این درمانها، روش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد اثربخشی بالاتری دارد.
Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the
effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
and reality therapy on psychological well-being of people
with anxiety in Ahvaz.
Method: The population was included of all people with
anxiety who were referred to psychological therapeutic
clinics in Ahvaz in year 2020. The sample consisted of 45
people who were selected through purposeful method and
assigned into 3 groups (2 experimental groups of ACT and
reality therapy and one control group). Research design was
pretest-posttest with control group. Ryff (1989) questionnaire
of psychological well-being was conducted to gather the data.
Intervention of acceptance and commitment therapy and
reality therapy was performed during 8 sessions and 10
sessions (120 minutes), respectively. Data analysis was done
via SPSS-23. Results: The results showed that acceptance
and commitment therapy had more effectiveness on
psychological well-being than reality therapy.
Conclusion: anxious people have low quality of life and
psychological well-being which can modify it through
psychotherapy. Acceptance and commitment therapy is one
of the effective therapies among them.
