Abstract:
هند یک قدرت نوظهور است و خود را در ابعاد قدرت نرم و سخت به جهانیان معرفی میکند این امر با تغییر قدرت از یکجانبه گرایی به چند جانبه گرایی تحت عنوان نظم نوین بین المللی هم زمان گردید. از طرفی ابعاد این هم زمانی و همچنین سیاست خارجی توسعه گرا و عضویت این کشور در گروهی نوین به نام بریکس تحلیلهای مختلفی را در اذهان تحلیلگران بین المللی جهان نسبت به بریکس در نظم نوین بین المللی ایجاد نموده است. حال با توجه به موارد مذکور با این پرسش اصلی مواجه هستیم که در عصر نظم نوین بین المللی عضویت هند در گروه بریکس حاوی چه آثار و پیامدهایی از منظر سیاست خارجی این کشور است؟ این پژوهش از منظر هدف شناختی کاربردی است و از روش تحقیق کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی و با استفاده از ابزار کتابخانه، اینترنت و مقالات و بهره بردن از تحلیل محتوا جهت آشکار ساختن اثرات رفتارها و مواضع بازیگران اصلی فضای بریکس، بخصوص کشور هند، استفاده شده و تلاش شده است تا با مطالعه این رفتارها، مواضع و منافع با اتکا بر نظریه ی نهاد گرایی نئولیبرال، اثرات آن بر سیاست خارجی هند مورد کنکاش قرار گیرد. در نهایت، بر اساس استنتاج یافتههای مقاله، چنین نتیجهگیری شد است که عضویت کشور هند در گروه بریکس در ابعاد گوناگون به شکل آثار مثبت و تبعات منفی بر سیاست خارجی این کشور تاثیر گذار بوده است.
India is an emerging power and introduces itself to the world in terms
of soft and hard power. This coincided with the change of power from
unilateralism to multilateralism under the name of the new
international order. On the other hand, the dimensions of this
contemporaneity as well as the development-oriented foreign policy
and the membership of this country in a new group called BRICS have
created different analyzes in the minds of international analysts of the
world regarding BRICS in the new international order. Now,
considering the mentioned cases, we are faced with this main question,
what are the effects and consequences of India's membership in the
BRICS group in the era of the new international order from the
perspective of this country's foreign policy? This research is applied
from the point of view of the cognitive goal, and is a qualitative
research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, using library
tools, internet and articles, and using content analysis to reveal the
effects of the behaviors and positions of the main players in the BRICS
space, especially India. , has been used and an attempt has been made
to study these behaviors, positions and interests, relying on the theory
of neoliberal institutionalism, and explore its effects on India's foreign
policy. Finally, based on the findings of the article, it has been
concluded that India's membership in the BRICS group has had an
impact on the country's foreign policy in various dimensions in the
form of positive effects and negative consequences.
