Abstract:
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه آمادگی پیشازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری بر باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر مقطع دوم متوسطه شهرستان جم در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. این پژوهش یک طرح شبهآزمایشی که با استفاده از پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد. تعداد 52 دانشآموز براساس نمره 5/1 انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین در مقیاس باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر بهصورت داوطلب انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آموزش (26 نفر) و کنترل (26 نفر) گمارده شدند. شرکتکنندههای گروه آزمایش هفت نشست 90 دقیقهای، تحت آموزش پیشازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری (1978) قرار گرفتند و در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری به مقیاس باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر (ARMSS) پاسخ دادند. دادهها به روش آماری تحلیل واریانس مکرر (آمیخته) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش پیشازازدواج به شیوه برنامه آمادگی پیشازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری، باعث کاهش پنج تا از شش باور محدودکننده انتخاب همسر مانند «همخوابی»، «یکی و تنها یکی»، «متضادها یکدیگر را کامل میکنند»، «آرمانگرایی» و «آسانی تلاش» در شرکتکنندههای گروه آموزشی نسبت به شرکتکنندههای گروه کنترل شده است و این آموزش تأثیری در باور «اطمینان کامل» نداشت. بنابراین، براساس یافتههای بهدست آمده میتوان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه آموزش آمادگی پیشازازدواج بهویژه در دوران نوجوانی، میتواند بسیاری از باورهای غیرمنطقی و غیرواقعی را در آنان کاهش دهد و بهعنوان یک عامل پیشگیرانه از بسیاری از مشکلات بعدی در زندگی زناشویی جلوگیری بهعمل میآورد.
This study to aim was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of premarital education program based on getting [work1] [A2] ready for marriage, an Adlerian design on constraining beliefs about mate- selection in girl high school students in Jam city in Bushehr province and in academic year 2019-2020 in a semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and follow-up with the control group. 52 students with score of higher than Sd = 1.5 [H3] in the constraining beliefs about mate-selection scale select voluntarly and were assigned randomly to education (n = 26) and control (n = 26) groups. The education group received 7 sessions of 90-minutes of premarital education program based on getting ready for marriage, an Adlerian design (1978), and in the three stage of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up to responded to the Constraining Beliefs about Mate-Selection Scale (CBMSS). Data analyzed with the repeated measures analysis of variance (mixed) statistical method and using SPSS-22 [H4] [A5] statistical software. The results showed that the premarital education program based on getting ready for marriage, an Adlerian design reduced five of the six constraining beliefs about mate-selection such as "cohabitation" "one and only one", "opposing complement each other", "idealism" and "ease of effort" in educational participants than control participants, and this education program have no effect on the belief in "perfect confidence". Therefore, according to obtained findings can be concluded that premarital education program based on getting ready for marriage especially in adolescent period can reduce many of irrational and unrealistic beliefs and as a preventive factor prevents of many of later problems in married life.
