Abstract:
هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل سلامت سازمانی مدارس بر اساس مدیریت دانش با میانجی گری سکوت سازمانی در مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران می باشد مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت وشیوه توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهرتهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بوده ( 970685 نفر)و نمونه آماری بر اساس شیوههای رایج در معادلات ساختاری 300 نفر بر آورد گردید. با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای و طبقه ای بود. ابزار جمع آوری داده های تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه های استاندارد سلامت سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن (1996)، مدیریت دانش نوناکا و تاکوچی (1995) و سکوت سازمانی ون داین(۲۰۰۳) بود. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد میانگین وضعیت سلامت سازمانی مدارس، سکوت سازمانی بالاتر از میانگین جامعه و نوآوری سازمانی آنها در مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران پایین تر از میانگین است. درواقع مدیریت دانش هم به صورت مستقیم وهم از طریق سکوت سازمانی باسلامت سازمانی رابطه معناداردارد. نتیجه گیری: هرچه مدیریت دانش درمدارس مقطع متوسطه شهرتهران بیشترباشد سلامت سازمانی بیشترمی شود. ولی متغیر مداخله گر سکوت سازمانی میزان اثر مدیریت دانش برسلامت سازمانی را کاهش می دهد. ولی درکل از طریق مدیریت دانش می توان سلامت سازمانی مدارس در مقطع متوسطه شهرتهران را تبیین کرد.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to present the organizational health model of schools based on knowledge management with the mediation of organizational silence in secondary schools in Tehran
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of secondary school teachers in Tehran in the academic year of 2001-1401 was (970,685 people) and the statistical sample was 300 people based on common methods in structural equations. with cluster and stratified random sampling method. The data collection tools of the current research were standard organizational health questionnaires by Hoy and Feldman (1996), knowledge management by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995), and organizational silence by van Dyne (2003).
Findings: The results of the current research showed that the average state of organizational health of schools, organizational silence is higher than the average of the society and their organizational innovation is lower than the average in the middle school of Tehran. In fact, knowledge management has a significant relationship with organizational health both directly and through organizational silence.
Conclusion: The higher the knowledge management in secondary schools in Tehran, the higher the organizational health. But the intervening variable of organizational silence reduces the effect of knowledge management on organizational health. But in general, the organizational health of secondary schools in Tehran can be explained through knowledge management.
