Abstract:
هدف: اختلال نارساییتوجه- فزونکنشی یکی از شایعترین اختلالات عصبی- تحولی دوران کودکی است که بر جنبههای شناختی و رفتاری افراد مبتلا تأثیر سوء دارد. بدین ترتیب مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزشهای مدیریت خشم و فرزندپروری بر مهارت حل مسئله کودکان با نارسایی توجه- فزونکنشی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان پسر با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزونکنشی مدارس ابتدائی شهر تهران و مادران آنها در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند که از بین آنها نمونهای به حجم 36 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در سه گروه (گروه آموزش مدیریت خشم، گروه آموزش مهارتهای فرزندپروری و یک گروه گواه) به تصادف جایدهی شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادههای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کانرز- فرم معلم (1) و پرسشنامه حل مسئله (2) بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس در محیط SPSS22 انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش آموزش مدیریت خشم و آموزش فرزندپروری بر بهبود مهارت حل مسئله در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه- فزونکنشی مؤثر بوده است (001/0p) نتیجه گیری: تأثیر مستقیم مدیریت خشم بر کودکان با نارسایی توجه- فزونکنشی، جهت بهبود حل مسئلهشان بیشتر از آموزش با واسطه برای مادران آنها است. کودکان گروه آموزش مدیریت خشم در جلسات آموزشی با ایفای نقش و سایر روشها خزانه شناختی و رفتاریشان را غنی کردند؛ بنابراین یاد گرفتند در مواقعی که از نظر هیجانی تنظیم نیستند دست به حل مسئله نزنند و این خود موجب رفتار مسئلهمدارانه و از روی تفکر شد.
Purpose: Childhood is one of the most important stages of life in which the person's personality is established and formed. Most of the maladaptation and behavioral disorders in adulthood arise from ignoring the emotional-behavioral problems in childhood and lack of proper guidance in the process of growth and development. The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of anger management and parenting training on problem solving skills in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Materials and Methods: The present study is a semi-experimental with pretest-posttest design involving groups. The study population included all male students with ADHD in Tehran Elementary schools and their mothers in the academic year 1399-1400; Among them, a sample of 36 people was selected using the available sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The American Psychiatric Association's Attention Deficit Disorder Rating Scale, Connors Scale, and Hepner Problem Solving Questionnaire were used to collect data. For experimental groups, parenting and anger management training based on cognitive-behavioral approach were held in 8 sessions of 70 minutes. The control group did not receive any intervention.

Conclusion: These results support use of anger management and parenting training along with educational courses for children with ADHD in order to prevent the occurrence, exacerbation and transformation of symptoms of this disorder.
