Abstract:
در یک جامعه پویا، بنگاه‌های اقتصادی علاوه بر لزوم رعایت هنجارهای سازمانی و تلاش برای دستیابی به بازدهی بیشتر، بایستی در راستای تأمین رضایت جامعه پیرامونی با عنوان «مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت (CSR) حرکت کنند. نیازهای اجتماع امروزین، سازمان‌ها را به انجام مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی برای کارهای اخلاقی به شیوه‌ای انسان‌دوستانه سوق می‌دهد. این‌گونه رفتارها در شرایط بحرانی اجتماع بیشتر نمود پیداکرده و ضرورت آن دوچندان می‌شود. همه‌گیری کووید 19 حوزه‌های سلامت، اقتصاد، حکمرانی و ... را تحت تأثیر قرار داد. حوزه اقتصادی به‌ویژه عملکرد شرکت‌ها یکی از تأثیرپذیرترین حوزه‌ها از این بیماری بوده است. در این مقاله، ضمن بررسی آثار همه‌گیری بیماری کرونا بر عملکرد واحدهای اقتصادی، ضرورت اهتمام برنامه هفتم به این مقوله موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. به این منظور، عملکرد شرکت‌ها در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1394 تا 1399 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نمونه آماری شامل 113 شرکت بوده که از طریق غربالگری انتخاب شده‌اند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد که همه‌گیری کووید 19 عملکرد شرکت‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده اما به‌لحاظ میزان تولید اثر قابل‌توجهی نداشته است. توجه شرکت‌ها به مسئولیت اجتماعی افزایش داشته، اما در عمل شاهد افزایش قیمت محصولات بوده‌ایم. مفروض این مقاله مسئولیت اجتماعی، به‌عنوان مفهومی است در پیوندها با مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی در شرایط بحرانی که می‌تواند به‌عنوان عاملی مؤثر، ضمن تقویت بنیان‌های اجتماعی و انسانی، یاریگر دولت‌ها و مددکار اجتماع باشد.
In a dynamic society, economic enterprises, in addition to the necessity of complying with organizational norms and attempts to achieve greater efficiency, should move in the direction of satisfying the surrounding society under the title of "Corporate Social Responsibility" (CSR). The needs of today's society push organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities for ethical work in a philanthropic way. Such behaviors are more manifested in the critical conditions and its necessity is doubled. The Covid-19 pandemic affected the health, economy, governance, etc. The economic domain, especially the performance of companies, has been the one impacted by this disease. In this article, while examining the effects of the coronavirus on the performance of economic units, the necessity of the 7th plan's attention to this aspect has been taken into account. For this purpose, the performance of companies was studied in the period of 2014 to 2019. The statistical sample included 113 companies that were selected through screening. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the Covid-19 had affected the performance of companies, but it did not have a significant effect in terms of production. The attention of companies to social responsibilities increased, but in practice, there was an increase in the price of products. The assumption of this article is social responsibility, a concept linked with social, cultural and economic components in critical situations, which can be an effective factor, while strengthening social and human foundations, helping governments and the society.
