Abstract:
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی اختلالات خوردن در دختران و زنان جوان بر اساس پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت و هوش هیجانی آنها بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه زنان و دختران جوان 18 تا 40 ساله مبتلا به اختلال خوردن شهر شیراز در سال 1399 بودند. حجم نمونه مورد پژوهش 238 نفر بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، و با استفاده از سیاهه شخصیتی نئو از مک کرا و کاستا، پرسشنامه استاندارد تشخیص اختلالات خوردن استیک و همکاران و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی شات و همکاران با استفاده از روش همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد روانرنجورخویی به صورت مثبت و معنادار، سازگاری و وظیفهمداری به صورت منفی، قادر به پیشبینی اختلالات خوردن بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متغیر هوش هیجانی به صورت منفی و معنادار قادر به پیشبینی اختلالات خوردن بود. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس عوامل بزرگ شخصیتی و هوش هیجانی میتوان اختلالات خوردن را در دختران و زنان جوان پیشبینی کرد.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to predict eating disorders in girls and young women based on five major factors of their personality and emotional intelligence.Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the present study included all young women and girls aged 18 to 40 years in Shiraz in 2020 who had referred to nutrition and diet therapy clinics and were diagnosed with eating disorders. The sample size was 238 people who were selected by purposive sampling method, and using the NEO personality Inventory from McCrae and Costa, the standard questionnaire for diagnosing eating disorders Stice & et al, and, Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Schutte &et al. Using correlation and regression analysis were evaluated. Results: The results of multiple regression analysis showed that neuroticism in a positive and significant way, adaptation and task orientation in a negative way were able to predict eating disorders. The results also showed that the emotional intelligence variable was negatively and significantly able to predict eating disorders. Conclusion: Based on the factors of personality and emotional intelligence can be predicted eating disorders in girls and young women.
