Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: خود آسیبرسانی از جمله مشکلات روانى_اجتماعى هستند که در دوره نوجوانى شیوع بالایى دارند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و درمانهیجانمدار بر رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان و نیازهای بینفردی در نوجوانان دختر دارای افکار خودکشی انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون_پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند. که از ناحیه 2 تعداد 45 نفر به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شد و در گروههای آزمایش و گواه به روش تصادفی معادل شدند. درمانهیجانمدار و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت طی 8 جلسه 60 دقیقهای به ترتیب در گروههای آزمایش 1 و 2 انجام شد گروه گواه هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. دادهها به کمک پرسشنامه آسیب به خود سانسون (1998)، مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک (1979) و پرسشنامه نیازهای بینفردی ون آردن و همکاران (2012) جمعآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که گروههای آزمایش در مرحله پسآزمون از نظر ادراک سربار بودن، تعلقپذیریخنثی، رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان و افکار خودکشی کاهش معنیداری داشتند (05/0>P). درمانهیجانمدار نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر شفقت اثربخشی بیشتری در کاهش ادراک سربار بودن، تعلقپذیریخنثی، رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان داشت و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر کاهش افکار خودکشی تاثیر بیشتری داشت. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان گفت، به کار بردن هر دو مداخله میتواند با تاثیر ادراک سربار بودن، احساس تعلقپذیریخنثی، افکار خودکشی و رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان را در دختران نوجوان کاهش دهد.
Background and Aim: Self-harm is one of the psycho-social problems that is very common in adolescence. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the The Effectiveness of Compassion and Emotion-focused Therapy on Self-harming Behaviors and Interpersonal Needs in Female Adolescents with Suicidal Ideation.Method: This quasi-experimental study was a pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all female high school students in Tehran in the academic year 2021-2022. From area 2, 45 people were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Emotional therapy and compassion-based therapy were performed in 8 sessions of 60 minutes in experimental groups 1 and 2, respectively. The control group did not receive any training. Data were collected using the Sanson Self-Injury Questionnaire (1998), the Beck Suicide Thought Scale (1979) and the interpersonal needs questionnaire of Van Arden et al. (2012) and analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance.Results: The results showed that the experimental groups in the post-test stage had a significant decrease in terms of perception of overload, neutrality, self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideation (PConclusion: According to the obtained results, it can be said that using both interventions can reduce the feeling of belonging, neutrality, suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviors in adolescent girls by affecting the perception of overload.
