Abstract:
بیماری کرونا به عنوان یک بیماری نوظهور با گسترش جهانی و میزان بالای مرگ و میر در گروه‌های آسیب‌پذیر، علاوه بر عوارض جسمی، به علت ترس از ابتلا منجر به بروز اختلالات روان‌شناختی متعددی همچون اضطراب مرگ و احساس تنهایی در سالمندان شده است. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی معنادرمانی گروهی و درمان راه‌حل محور گروهی بر اضطراب مرگ و احساس تنهایی در زنان سالمند با ترس از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا بود. روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، زنان سالمند عضو مراکز توانبخشی روزانه تحت نظارت سازمان بهزیستی تبریز بودند که از بین آنها 36 نفر حائز شرایط، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار سنجش، پرسش‌نامه‌های اضطراب مرگ تمپلر و احساس تنهایی راسل بود. گروه‌های آزمایش به صورت جداگانه با دو رویکرد متفاوت ده جلسه درمانی 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که معنادرمانی گروهی و درمان راه‌حل‌محور بر کاهش اضطراب مرگ و احساس تنهایی اثربخشی معنی‌داری داشتند (05/0>P). اگرچه بین دو گروه آزمایش در اثربخشی بر اضطراب مرگ تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0<P)، اما بین دو گروه آزمایش در اثربخشی بر احساس تنهایی تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نشد (05/0>P) و اثربخشی معنادرمانی بیشتر بود. با توجه به این نتایج می‌توان از معنادرمانی گروهی و درمان راه‌حل محور برای درمان و کاهش اضطراب مرگ و احساس تنهایی در زنان سالمندان دچار ترس از ابتلا به بیماری کرونا استفاده کرد.
The coronavirus disease, as an emerging disease with global spread and high mortality rates among vulnerable groups, in addition to physical symptoms, has led to the occurrence of many psychological disorders such as death anxiety and feeling of loneliness due to the fear of infection. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of group logotherapy and solution-oriented therapy on anxiety and feeling of loneliness in the elderly with the fear of coronavirus. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest and a control group design. The statistical population consisted of the elderly women who took part in the daily rehabilitation centers of the Welfare Institution (Sazman-e Behzisti), in Tabriz, among whom 36 eligible individuals were selected and randomly assigned into two experimental and one control groups. measuers applied in the current study incuded Templer’s Death Anxiety Scale and Russell et al.’s UCLA Loneliness Scale. The experimental groups underwent ten 90-minute therapy sessions, separately and with two different approaches, while the control group did not receive any intervention at the same time. The data were analysed using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) in SPSS-24 software. The results indicated that logotherapy and Solution-oriented therapy have a significant effect on reducing death anxiety and feeling of loneliness (P0.05), there was a significant difference between the two experimental groups in reducing loneliness, in a way that the effectiveness of logotherapy was greater (PThe results indicated that logotherapy and Solution-oriented therapy had a significant effect on reducing death anxiety and feeling of loneliness compared to the control group (P 0/05).
