Abstract:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف معرفی رویکرد قوت- محور و مقایسه آن با رویکرد نارسایی- محور در حوزه نارساییهای تحولی انجام شد. روش: در این راستا، از راه پژوهش مروری و جستجوی کلیدواژههای تخصصی شامل رویکردهای قوت- محور و نقص- محور و نارساییهای تحولی در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی تخصصی جهان شامل (PubMed, Elsevier, Science direct, Google Scholar) یافتهها و اطلاعات موردنظر برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش واکاوی شد. یافتهها: از مسیر مطالعه رویکرد قوت- محور، شواهد پژوهشی بیانگر ویژگیهایی مثبتی مانند پتانسیل، توانایی، مشارکت، مداومت، شناسایی، فرصت، تأکید بر موفقیت، حضورداشتن، انطباق، تواناسازی، تأکید بر فرایند، پویایی، جنبش، بینظیری، پرهیز از تحمیل، تأکید بر تجربهها و بافت افراد، شناسایی قوت افراد، مراجع- محوری، سازگاری متخصصان، تأکید بر محیط مراجع، انعطافپذیری، خوببودن ذات انسان، حمایت و فراگیر است. نتیجهگیری: برای دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب در حوزه نارساییهای تحولی، طراحی و اجرای برنامههای پژوهشی و مداخلهای پیشنهاد میشود.
Objective: The aim of the current research was to introduce new strength-based assessment approach and comparing it with the deficit -based approach in the developmental disabilities area. Method: Review method and key words including strength- and deficit- based approaches or assessment and developmental disabilities, from Latin web the Dada (PubMed, Elsevier, Science direct, Google Scholar) The findings and the desired information were analyzed to achieve the goal of the research. Results: Through the study of the strengths-based approach, research evidence reveals positive attributes such as emphasis on attributes include At-potential, Strengths, engage Persistently, Understand, Opportunity, time-in, adapt to, empower, Process-focused, dynamic, movement, unique, avoids imposition, validates people's experience, Identifies and build on strengths, client-centered, professionals adapt to clients, Meet clients in their environment, flexible, People are inherently social/good, Client-determined, supportive, inclusive. Conclusion: to achieve the desired results in the field of developmental disabilities, developing and implementing research programs and interventional programs are recommended.
