Abstract:
علی‌رغم علاقه مدیران آینده‌نگر و محققان، میزان اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی کشور تاکنون رضایت‌بخش نبوده است. چالش واقعی پیش‌روی مدیران کشور، تعیین اولویت‌ها اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز برای دستیابی به بهترین مزیت ممکن در اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی کشور است. در این مقاله به تاثیر فشارهای بیرونی و انگیزش درونی بر عملکرد شرکت با توجه به نقش پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکت‌های تولیدی صنایع لبنی در کشور ایران است که ۸۲ نفر از مدیران به عنوان نمایندگان شرکت‌ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روش نمونه‌گیری غیر‌احتمالی و در دسترس و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smartpls استفاده شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد فشارهای بازار و تامین‌کنندگان در پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی تاثیر‌گذار است. علاوه بر این مشخص شد پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی بر عملکرد محیطی، عملیاتی و اقتصادی تاثیر‌گذار است. در حالی‌که تاثیر فشارهای کنترل‌کننده در پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز در صنایع لبنی تایید نشد. نتایج تحقیق تعهد مدیریتی و نقش اصلی تأمین‌کنندگان در اتخاذ موفقیت‌آمیز مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌سبز را برجسته می‌کند.
despite the interest of prospective managers and researchers, the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry has not been satisfactory. the real challenge for the country's managers is to prioritize the implementation of green supply chain management to achieve the best possible advantage in the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry. in this paper, the effect of external pressures and internal motivation on the company's performance with respect to the role of acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry. the statistical population of the study is dairy companies in iran in which 82 managers of the company were analyzed as a sample. the non-probability and available sampling method and data collection tool was a questionnaire. structural equation modeling and smartpls software were used to analyze the data. the research findings show that market pressures and suppliers are effective in accepting green supply chain management in the dairy industry. in addition, it was found that the adoption of green supply chain management in the dairy industry has an impact on environmental, operational and economic performance. however, the effect of controlling pressures on the acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry was not confirmed. the research results highlight the managerial commitment and the key role of suppliers in the successful adoption of green supply chain management
