Abstract:
رادیو بعنوان رسانه‌ای جمعی که خصوصیات منحصربفردی نسبت به دیگر رسانهها دارد، می‌تواند همانند یک مرکز قدرتمند فرهنگی-اجتماعی؛ عمل کند. دراین‌میان زبان و ادبیات کهن فارسی گسترده‌ترین افق فرهنگی-اجتماعی است که در خلال گزارش‌های آن می‌توان مؤلفه‌های اصلی هویت را بازشناخت. پژوهش حاضر درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که کاربرد ظرفیت های هویتی ادبیات کهن در برنامه های رادیویی به چه صورت است؟ برای رسیدن به این مقصود از روش داده‌بنیاد استفاده شده‌است. باتوجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، پنج مرحله برای کاربرد بهینه از عناصر هویتی ادبیات کهن در برنامه‌های رادیویی شناسایی شد که عبارتنداز: شناخت ظرفیت‌های ادبیات کهن، شناسایی ظرفیت‌های رسانه رادیو جهت بهره‌گیری از ادبیات کهن، شیوه‌های بهره‌گیری از ادبیات کهن در برنامه‌های رادیویی، آماده‌سازی عوامل انسانی و ارائه راهکارهای مدیریتی. نتایج حاکی از آن است که برای بهبود عملکرد رسانه رادیو جهت ترویج هویت اجتماعی اسلامی-ایرانی، توجه هرچه بیشتر به ادبیات کهن سرزمینمان ضروری است و سازمان صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران باید رویکرد جدی‌تری نسبت به استفاده از ادبیات کهن ایرانی در برنامه‌ها اتخاد کرده و ضمن آموزش و ایجاد انگیزه در عوامل انسانی، از ابزارهای رسانه رادیو جهت ترویج هویت اجتماعی با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های ادبیات کهن استفاده کند.
The present study seeks to answer the question of how the identity capacities of ancient literature are used in radio programs? To achieve this goal, the data-based method has been used. According to the research findings, five steps were identified for the optimal use of the identity elements of ancient literature in radio programs, which are: recognizing the capacities of ancient literature, identifying the capacities of radio media to use ancient literature, method Utilization of ancient literature in radio programs, preparation of human factors and presentation of management solutions. The results indicate that in order to improve the performance of radio media to promote Islamic-Iranian social identity, it is necessary to pay more attention to the ancient literature of our country and the Broadcasting Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran should take a more serious approach to using ancient Iranian literature in programs. Adopt and, while educating and motivating human agents, use radio media tools to promote social identity using the capacities of ancient literature.
