Abstract:
محلههای یک شهر، مهمترین رکن ساختار کالبدی هر شهر بهعنوان هویتهای جزئی هستند. هر محله در عین حفظ هویت مستقل، بهصورت جزئی از یک شبکه شهری، جایگاه خاصی در جورچین هویتی یک شهر دارد. نکا دارای محلههایی قدیمی است که نمایی از گذشته و فرهنگ آن را بازتاب میدهند. محلات کوچکی که قدمتشان از شهر نکا بیشتر است؛ محلات کهنی که به سبب شکلدادن تصویر ذهنی و نقشۀ شناختی از نکا در هویتبخشی به آن جایگاه ویژهای دارند. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است محله قدیمی «پلسر» و تعامل انسان با محیط و تاثیر متقابل این دو بازنمایی شود. دادههای این پژوهش طی بررسی اسناد آرشیوی و اسناد خانوادگی، کتابهای تاریخی، بازدید میدانی از محله و مصاحبههای شفاهی گردآوری شدهاند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهند محله پلسر در دوره پهلوی اول به آرامی دستخوش تغییر شد. تغییر و تحولات اجتماعی و نوسازی در ابعاد اقتصادی، تکنولوژیکی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی شکل گرفت؛ اما فرایند و گسترش این تغییر و تحولات به یک اندازه نبود. بخشهایی بیشتر و بخشهایی کمتر گسترش یافتند.

Neka has old neighborhoods that reflect its past and culture. Small neighborhoods that are older than the city of Neka. Ancient neighborhoods that have a special place in the identity of Neka due to the formation of the mental image and cognitive map of Neka. In this research, an attempt was made to represent the old neighborhood of "Pelsar" and the interaction of humans with the environment and the mutual influence of these two. The data of this research has been collected by reviewing archival documents and family documents, historical books, field visit to the neighborhood and oral interviews. The findings of the research show that the neighborhood of Pelsar was slowly changed during the first Pahlavi period. Social changes and transformations and modernization took place in economic, technological, social, cultural and political dimensions; But the process and spread of these changes were not the same. Some parts expanded more and some parts less.
