Abstract:
مقدمه و هدف: بدون شک سلامت اجتماعی و ابعاد هوش (معنوی و فرهنگی) نقش برانگیزاننده مهمی در ایجاد و ارتقا خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دارند. ازاینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش هوش (فرهنگی و معنوی) و سلامت اجتماعی در خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان بود. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان مشغول به فعالیت در پارک علم و فناوری و واحدهای فناور وابسته به پارک علم و فناوری خراسان جنوبی در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا تیرماه 1398 بودند، 144 نفر دانشجو بر اساس جدول گجرسی و مورگان به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به پرسشنامههای هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران، هوش معنوی کینگ، سلامت اجتماعی کییز و شاپیرو و خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دی نابل و همکاران پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین هوش فرهنگی، هوش معنوی و سلامت اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی مثبت و معنادار بود (01/0>p). همچنین نتایج نشان داد مولفههای هوش فرهنگی، 5/39 درصد، مولفههای هوش معنوی 3/47 و مولفههای سلامت اجتماعی 55 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه را تبیین میکنند (01/0>p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، توجه مسئولان و متصدیان نظام آموزشی به نقش عوامل موثر ازجمله سلامت اجتماعی، هوش فرهنگی و هوش معنوی در افزایش خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان از ضروریات این پژوهش است.
Background & Aim: Undoubtedly, social health and the dimensions of intelligence (spiritual and cultural) play an important motivating role in creating and promoting entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of intelligence (cultural and spiritual) and social health in students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Methods: The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population included all students working in the Science and Technology Park and technology units affiliated to the South Khorasan Science and Technology Park in the period from May to July 2019, 144 students were selected based on Krejcie & Morgan table by available sampling method and questionnaires of Keys and Shapiro Social Health, cultural intelligence of Ang et al. King's spiritual intelligence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy de Nabel et al. Pearson correlation test and multiple regression were used to analyze the data simultaneously with SPSS software version 22.Results: The results showed that the correlation between cultural intelligence, spiritual intelligence and social health with self-efficacy was positive and significant (p Conclusion: According to the research results, the attention of officials and administrators of the educational system to the role of effective factors such as social health, cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence in increasing the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students is one of the necessities of this research.
