Abstract:
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روان شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی بود. این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون و جامعه ی آماری آن شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه دولتی شیراز و دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان فارس ساکن شیراز در سال 1400 – 1399 مشغول به تحصیل که در آن از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شده بود. 30 نفر از افراد با بالاترین میزان اضطراب از میان پاسخ دهندگان شناسایی و به صورت تصادفی دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی – فرم کوتاه، پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف فرم 18 سوالی، پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی واتسون و فرند بود که در دو مرحله ی پیش آزمون و پس آزمون توسط شرکت کنندگان تکمیل گردید. گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه ی 60 دقیقهای مداخلات درمانی شناختی رفتاری گروهی دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت نکردند. پس از تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم افزار spss-23 نتایج نشان داد نمرات پس ازآزمون کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی معنادار شده است لذا نتایج در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معنادار و مثبتی در سطح کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی نشان داد.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of group cognitive behavioral therapy on quality of life and psychological well-being in patients with social anxiety disorder. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design and its statistical population includes students of Shiraz State University and Farhangian University of Fars Province living in Shiraz in 2020-2021 studying in which available sampling was used.Methods: Thirty subjects with the highest level of anxiety were identified among the respondents and randomly assigned to the control and experimental groups. The research instruments included the WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire - Short Form, Reef Form Psychological Welfare Questionnaire 18 questions, Watson and Friend Social Anxiety Questionnaire which were completed by participants in two stages of pre-test and post-test. The experimental group received 12 sessions of 60 minutes of group cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions and the control group did not receive any treatment.Results: After analyzing the data with spss-23 software, the results showed that the value of F in the score after the quality of life test] (p <0.001, F = 37.554 and that the value of F in the score after the psychological well-being test] (001 P = 0.04, [446/34] was significant, so the results showed a significant and positive difference in quality of life and psychological well-being between the experimental and control groups.
