Abstract:
این مقاله به واکاوی تجربیات زیسته دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از زندگی در خوابگاههای دانشجویی می‌پردازد. زندگی در خوابگاههای دانشجویی به مثابه برنامه درسی پنهان می تواند تأثیرات عمیق شناختی، احساسی و رفتاری بر دانشجویان داشته باشد. بررسی تجربیات زیسته دانشجویان از زندگی دانشجویی، اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در اختیار مدیران و سیاستگذاران آموزشی و تربیتی دانشگاه قرار می‌دهد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان کارشناسی ساکن خوابگاه دانشگاه فرهنگیان البرز هستند. نمونهها بر اساس نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند که شامل 16 دانشجوی ساکن خوابگاه دانشگاه فرهنگیان البرز هستند. تعداد نمونهها بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری تعیین شدند. روش پژوهش، روش کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی است که داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌مند جمع‌آوری و به روش تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. تجربیات زیسته دانشجویان از زندگی دانشجویی در 10 مقوله و 3 مضمون اصلی دستهبندی شدند. مضامین اصلی عبارت اند از: سبک زندگی دانشجویی، تجربیات یادگیری فردی، تجربیات یادگیری اجتماعی. بررسی تجربیات زیسته دانشجویان نشان می‌دهند که زندگی دانشجویی نوعی سبک زندگی است که مشکلات و محدودیت‌های خاص خود را دارد و این سبک زندگی دانشجویی پیامدهای یادگیری اجتماعی و فردی مهمی بر دانشجویان دارد. از آنجایی‌که بخش مهمی از یادگیری‌های دانشجویان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان در خوابگاههای دانشجویی رخ می‌دهد؛ بنابراین ضرورت دارد که این بخش از فرصت‌ها و منابع یادگیری دانشجویان مورد توجه مدیران و سیاستگذاران تربیت معلم قرار گیرد.
This article analyzes the lived experiences of Farhangian University students from living in student dormitories. Living in student dormitories, as a hidden curriculum, can have deep cognitive, emotional, and behavioral effects on students. Analysis of lived experiences of students from living in student dormitories provides valuable information to the educational administrators of universities. The statistical population of this research consists of undergraduate students of Farhangian University of Alborz. The samples were selected based on purposive sampling. The samples examined in this research are 16 students. The number of the participants was determined based on the principle of theoretical saturation. All the studied samples lived in student dormitories. The research method is a qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews and the method of data analysis is thematic analysis. Students' lived experiences of living in student dormitories were categorized into 10 categories and 3 main themes. The main themes are student lifestyle, individual learning experiences, and social learning experiences. The study of students' lived experiences shows that living in student dormitories is a kind of lifestyle. This lifestyle has problems and limitations. It has important social and personal learning consequences for students. An important part of students' learning at Farhangian University takes place in student dormitories. Therefore, this part of students' learning opportunities and resources must be paid attention to by managers and educational administrators, and policy makers.
