Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مثبت مبتنی بر مدل پرمای سلیگمن بر خودکارآمدی و درگیری دانشآموزان در کلاسهای برخط بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش آزمایشی با طرح اندازهگیریهای مکرر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را مدارس ابتدایی دولتی دوره دوم منطقه 11 شهرتهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل میدادند. یک مدرسه دوره دوم ابتدایی از منطقه ۱۱ تهران به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس جهت شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب و مطالعه بر روی کلیه دانشآموزان این مدرسه ابتدایی (۳۱۵ دانشآموز دختر) صورت گرفت. ابزارهای به کار رفته در پژوهش مقیاس خودکارآمدی دانشآموزان در یادگیری برخط (OLSES) و مقیاس درگیری دانشآموزان در کلاسهای برخط (OSE) بود. جهت تحلیل دادهها از برنامه SPSS 26 و روش تحلیل واریانس یک راهه اندازهگیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مداخله آموزش مثبت توانسته است خودکارآمدی و درگیری دانشآموزان در کلاسهای برخط را ارتقا بخشد. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند به روانشناسان تربیتی و مشاوران مدارس در طراحی و اجرای برنامههای ارتقای شکوفایی و بهبود انگیزش دانشآموزان در مدارس یاری رساند.
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of positive education program based on Seligman's PREMA model on students' self-efficacy and engagement in online classes. This study was applied research in terms of purpose and experimental research with repeated measurements design in terms of method. The statistical population of the present research was secondary public elementary schools of the 11th district of Tehran in the academic year of 2019-2020. A secondary elementary school from the 11th district of Tehran with convenience sampling method were selected and the study was conducted on all students (315 girl students) of this elementary school. Data collection instruments were, online student engagement scale (OSE), and online learning self-efficacy scale (OLSES). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance for repeated measures in SPSS software. The results showed that positive education program improved students' engagement and self-efficacy in online classes. The findings of this research can be useful for educational psychologists and school counselors in designing and implementing programs to promote flourishing and motivation of students in schools.
