Abstract:
هدف: بررسی تاثیر مکمل‌دهی ال-آرژنین بر پاسخ شاخص‌های پلاکتی به یک جلسه فعالیت تناوبی شدید می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی: 10 مرد جوان سالم دارای اضافه‌وزن (2/1±27BMI=) داوطلبانه در تحقیق متقاطع و دوسو‌کور حاضر شرکت کرده و یک پروتکل فعالیت تناوبی شدید (HIIE) را با مکمل ال-آرژنین یا دارونما در 2 جلسه با فاصله 7 روز انجام دادند. در هر جلسه آزمودنی‌ها مکمل یا دارونما را به مقدار 075/0 گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن و بصورت محلول در 400 میلی‌لیتر آب مصرف کرده و پس از 90 دقیقه، HIIE را بصورت 12 تناوب 3 دقیقه‌ای بر روی تردمیل (فعالیت: یک دقیقه، 100 درصد vVO2max، ریکاوری: دو دقیقه، 40 درصد vVO2max) انجام دادند. جهت اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های پلاکتی شامل تعداد پلاکت‌ها (PLT)، درصد پلاکتی (PCT)، میانگین حجم پلاکتی (MPV) و پهنای توزیع پلاکتی (PDW)، قبل از مکمل‌دهی و بلافاصله قبل و بعد از HIIE، 3 نمونه خونی گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: صرفنظر از نوع مکمل، HIIE بترتیب باعث افزایش 29 و 31 درصدی PLT و PCT شد (001>P)، ولی تاثیر معنی‌داری بر MPV و PDW نداشت (05<P) و مصرف ال-آرژنین 90 دقیقه قبل از HIIE باعث مهار PCT شد (043/0=P) اما تاثیری بر PLT نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: تناوبی بودن و وجود دوره‌های ریکاوری در پروتکل HIIE باعث عدم افزایش معنی‌دار MPV و PDW در هر دو جلسه شد که می‌تواند دلیلی بر ایمن بودن HIIE باشد. مکمل‌دهی ال-آرژنین قبل از HIIE تنها باعث کاهش PCT شد که با توجه به عدم تاثیرگذاری آن بر سایر شاخص‌ها، مطالعات بیشتری با دوزهای اثرگذارتر مکمل لازم است.
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-arginine supplementation on platelet indices in response to a high intensity interval exercise.Methods: Ten healthy overweight young men (BMI=27 ± 1.2 kg/m2) participated voluntarily in this cross-over and double-blind study, and performed a high intensity interval exercise (HIIE) protocol with L-arginine supplementation or placebo, where, two trials were separated by seven days. In each session, the subjects consumed 0.075 g per kg body weight of supplement or placebo which was dissolved in 400 ml of water, and 90 minutes later, performed HIIE as 12 intervals of 3-minute on treadmill (activity: 1-min, 100% of vVO2max, recovery: 2-min, 40% of vVO2max). To measure platelet indices including mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet count (PLT), plateletcrit (PCT) and platelet distribution width (PDW), three blood samples were taken before supplementation and immediately before and after HIIE.Results: Regardless of the type of supplement, HIIE increased PLT and PCT by 29 and 31%, respectively (P Conclusion: Intermittent nature and recovery periods in HIIE protocol did not significantly increase MPV and PDW in both sessions, which may be a reason for the safety of the HIIE. L-arginine supplementation prior to HIIE only reduced PCT, due to its inability to affect other indices, to achieve more accurate results further studies with more effective doses of supplementation are needed.
