Abstract:

درک حساسیت نقش معلمان در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت از سوی عموم مردم جامعه و ارزش نهادن بر آن به مفهومی اشاره دارد که در جامعه شناسی معادل منزلت و آسیب های اجتماعی است . آسیب های اجتماعی، ارزشی است که یک گروه به یک نقش می دهد . علائم بیش فعالی در طی چند ماه متمادی ظاهر میشوند، که اغلب علائم تکانشگری و بیش فعالی پیش از علائم بی توجهی ظاهر میشوند، علائم نقص توجه ممکن است برای یک سال یا بیشتر پدیدار نشود. بسته به خواسته هایی که ممکن است شرایط برای خود کنترلی کودک ایجاد کند، ممکن است علائم مختلفی در شرایط مختلف ظاهر شود. کودکی که “نمیتواند آرام بنشیند” یا در غیر این صورت اختلال ایجاد میکند، اختلال او در مدرسه قابل توجه خواهد بود. معلّمان به جای تقلید و تبعیت از برنامه ها و الگوهای آموزشی بیگانگان، باید تلاش کنند جهش خلاقانه ای در نهاد آموزش و پرورش به وجود آورند. در سال های اخیر، برخی از کشورهای مسلمان در حال توسعه، با استفاده از نوآوری های آموزشی نظیر تلفیق رشته های درسی به رهگیری از علم و فناوری، توسعه پژوهش در آموزش، ایجاد مدارس هوشمند و مجازی، توسعه فناوری اطّلاعات و ارتباطات در مدرسه ها و ... توانسته اند، بسیاری از موانع را بردارند و از آموزش و پرورشی پیشرفته برخوردار شوند.
