Abstract:
جنگ شناختی، میدان مدیریت افکار عمومی توسط یک نهاد، سازمان، بازیگر، دولت یا حاکمیت است که می‌تواند بر افکار و ادراک آن جامعه تاثیرگذار باشد. در این جنگ به‌ویژه فضای مجازی در راستای تغییر چگونگی تفکر افراد به‌کار گرفته می‌شود و برای تغییر اندیشه‌ها، ساختار اندیشه و اذهان هیچ ابزاری همانند فضای مجازی کارساز نیست به‌گونه‌ای‌که به درونی‌ترین و فضاهای شخصی و خصوصی افراد و جوامع ورود پیدا کرده و می‌تواند پیام خودشان را در جهت تغییر افکار و این نوع تاثیرگذاری‌ها انجام دهند. این فضا کارکردهای مختلفی ازجمله کارکرد فرهنگی، اجتماعی و به‌ویژه سیاسی دارد که دارای اهمیت است و باید مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی و اولویتبندی کارکردهای سیاسی فضای مجازی(شبکه های اجتماعی) در حوزه جنگ شناختی است. این پژوهش آمیخته و از جنبه هدف، کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی به‌صورت موردی در حوزه جنگ شناختی انجام شده است. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز، کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی و میدانی است. جامعه آماری آن، متخصصان لشگری و کشوری حوزه‌های فضای مجازی و جنگ شناختی می‌باشد که در این رابطه فعالیت داشته و با روش گلوله برفی، تعداد 21 نفر از خبرگان، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در همین رابطه پرسشنامه‌های مربوطه بین جامعه آماری به‌صورت تمام شمار توزیع و با استفاده رویکرد دلفی فازی، 12 مولفه شناسایی شدند.
نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد کارکرد «شبکه‌های اجتماعی به‌عنوان ابزار و محرک اصلی شورش‌ها و انقلاب‌های سیاسی»، «ابزار مقاومت مدنی» و «نقش شبکه‌های اجتماعی در بروز انقلاب‌های مختلف در دنیا» به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین کارکردهای سیاسی فضای مجازی در جنگ شناختی شناسایی شدند و رتبه‌بندی گردیدند.

This space has various functions, including cultural, social and especially political functions, which are important and should be investigated.The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the political functions of virtual space (social networks) in the field of cognitive warfare. This mixed research has been carried out in the field of cognitive warfare in terms of purpose, application and descriptive method. The method of collecting required data and information is library, documentary and field. Its statistical population is army and national experts in the fields of virtual space and cognitive warfare, who have been active in this regard, and 21 experts were selected as a sample using the snowball method. In this regard, the relevant questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population in the form of full numbers and using the fuzzy Delphi approach, 12 components were identified.The results of the research show that the function of "social networks as the main tool and driver of riots and political revolutions", "a tool of civil resistance" and "the role of social networks in the occurrence of various revolutions in the world" as the most important political functions of virtual space in war. were cognitively identified and ranked.
