شاخص‌های الگوی مطلوب عدالت سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تأکید بر اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری Journal Article

عدالت یکی از اصلی‌ترین اهداف جمهوری اسلامی ایران به شمار می‌آید. برای تحقق این مهم در جامعه داشتن الگویی مطلوب از عدالت سیاسی که قابلیت تحقق خارجی داشته باشد، امری ضروری است. (بیان مسئله) به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از چارچوب نظری علل اربعه (روش) در قالب علل مادی و صوری با برداشت از بیانات امام خمینی& و مقام معظم رهبری به ارائه شاخص‌های الگوی مطلوب از عدالت سیاسی می‌پردازد. (هدف) یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که الگوی مطلوب عدالت سیاسی مبتنی بر سه شاخص برابری، شایستگی و بیشینه کردن آن دو بوده و در صدد تحقق شاخص برابری در حق تعیین سرنوشت، در ارتباط با قانون، برخورداری همگان از امنیت سیاسی و آزادی‌های سیاسی می‌باشد. همچنین شاخص شایستگی به دنبال تحقق حاکمیت شایسته، توجه به شایستگی در مقام وضع قانون و در نهایت شاخص بیشینه کردن برابری و شایستگی در صدد بهره‌مندی بیشترین تعداد به نسبت شایسته‌ترین افراد جامعه از مزیت‌های سیاسی ـ اجتماعی می‌باشد. Justice is one of the main goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is necessary for this important goal to be actualized in the society, to have an ideal possible model of political justice. This research, therefore, using analytical and descriptive method and the theoretical frame of the four causes, was performed. Relying on the statements of Imam Khomeini (R) and the Supreme Leader with regard to material and formal causes, presents the indicators of the ideal model of political justice. The research findings indicate that the ideal model of political justice is based on three indicators of equality, merit and maximizing the two, and it aims to realize the equality index as the ultimate, in relation to the law, the enjoyment of political security and political freedoms for all. Also, the index of merit seeks to realize worthy governance, pay attention to merit in the position of legislation, and finally, the index of maximizing equality and merit is aimed at benefiting the largest number of the most worthy people in the society from political-social advantages.
