Abstract:

اهداف: صنعت ساختمان یکی از بزرگترین صنایع جهان و از مهمترین ارکان اقتصادی یک کشور به شمار می‌ رود. در طول تاریخ مشکلات موجود در این حوزه، جوامع بشری را به یافتن راه حل‌ هایی نوین سوق داده است. از جمله مشکلات امروزین این حوزه می‌توان به هدر رفت مصالح و انرژی، هزینه‌های بسیار بالا و عدم تکمیل به موقع پروژه‌ ها اشاره کرد که این مشکل به ‌ویژه در پروژه ‌های بزرگ دولتی به نحو بارزی مشهود است. روش ‌ها: از نظر روش شناختی، این پژوهش ماهیتی کیفی دارد که در آن با استفاده از روش کیفی استفاده می شود. نتایج اصلی پژوهش با بهره‌ بردن از ابزار مطالعات کتابخانه‌ ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان، به ثمر رسیده است. یافته ‌ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می ‌دهد که استفاده از فناوری ‌ها و روش‌ های نوین ساخت ‌و ساز می ‌تواند گامی موثر در ارتقای کیفیت محصول معماری بردارد. پژوهش حاضر با شناخت و استخراج کیفیت‌ های کمیت ‌پذیر در تولید محصول معماری، روشی برای ارتقاء صنعت ساختمان ارائه می دهد. بدین منظور تلفیق فناوری های نرم افزاری‌ و سخت افزاری، برای صنعتی سازی و ساخت صنعتی، مورد تاکید قرار دارد. نتیجه ‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می ‌دهد، ‌ادغام فناوری مدل ‌سازی اطلاعات و پیش ‌ساخته ‌سازی، گامی موثر برای بهینه ‌سازی پروژه ‌های دولتی است. با کاهش زمان و کاهش هزینه ‌های ساخت ‌و ساز، موجبات افزایش رضایت کاربران و افزایش ایمنی فراهم آمده، و در نهایت، به بهبود کیفیت محصول معماری کمک شایانی می ‌شود.

Aims: The construction industry is one of the largest industries in the world and one of the most important economic pillars of a country. Throughout history, problems in this field have led human societies to find new solutions. Among today's problems in this field, we can mention the wastage of materials and energy, very high costs, and failure to complete projects on time, which is especially evident in large government projects. Methods: In terms of methodology, this research has a qualitative nature in which qualitative methods are used. The main results of the research have been achieved by using the tools of library studies, analyzing the documentaries, and interviews with experts. Findings: The research findings show that the use of new construction technologies and methods can take an effective step in improving the quality of architectural products. The present research provides a method to upgrade the construction industry by recognizing and extracting quantifiable qualities in architectural product production. For this purpose, the integration of software and hardware technologies is emphasized for industrialization and industrial construction. Conclusion: The results of the research show that the integration of building information modeling technology and prefabrication is an effective step to optimize large government projects. Reducing the time and cost of construction, it increases the satisfaction of users and increases safety, and finally, it helps to improve the quality of the architectural product. The conclusion of the article emphasizes the role of prefabrication in meeting highperformance architecture and energy-efficient architecture and planning.
