Abstract:

برای سمت و سو دادن مدارس به سوی بهره گیری از الگوهای جدید، باید استفاده از آن الگوها در فضای مدارس حاکم شود و تفکر و بازسازی و تجربه آموزی جانشین شیوه های سنتی گردد تا معلمان با آسودگی خاطر به گزینش و اجرای الگوی مناسب اهداف و درس مورد نظر اقدام کنند . اهمیت ثمربخشی روش های تدریس و یادگیری بهتر با محوریت حافظه همواره مورد نظر دانشمندان و محققین تربیتی بوده است . تاریخچه مطالعات نشان می دهد روش های تدریس چه در پیشرفت تحصیلی کودکان و چه در ایجاد انگیزه و رضایت خاطر، پرورش شخصیت و رشد خلاقیت آنان و موثراست . روش های تدریس به منزله روشناییهای متفاوتی هستند که هر کدام بردشان تا شعاع خاص را دربرمی گیرند. البته باید اذعان نمود که هر یک از روش ها در ارتباط با موقعیت های مختلف از کار آیی ویژه ای برخوردار هستند، به عبارت دیگرهریک درجای خویش مثمر ثمر هستند. امروزه شیوه های نوین و فعال تدریس توجه مسئولان و دبیران را به خود جلب کرده است . در این شیوه ها فراگیر و علایق و توانمندی های او در مرکز توجه قرار دارد ومعلم تلاش می کند تا تواناییهای فراگیران را در مهارت های گوش دادن گفتن ، خواندن ، نوشتن ، استدلال ، مقایسه ، تطبیق ، تجزیه و تحلیل ، سازندگی و خلاقیت تقویت کند و با توجه به این موضوع محتوای درسی را در کلاس های درسی ارائه می دهد .
