Abstract:

هدف پژوهش حاضر، نقش سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا فرماندهان و مدیران فراجا بر بهبود ارتباطات سازمانی کارکنان است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف پژوهش از نوع کاربردی، از لحاظ نوع روش، توصیفی و هم‌بستگی است و از لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات روش پژوهش مورد نظر میدانی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان ستاد فرماندهی انتظامی شهرهای ساحلی تنکابن و رامسر تشکیل می‌دهد که نمونه آماری برابر 186 نفر است. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد رهبری تحول‌گرا بارنت و همکاران (2001) و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد ارتباطات سازمانی کارکنان هادیگل (1394) استفاده شده است. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌وسیله متخصصین مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب برای پرسش‌نامه رهبری تحول‌گرا 82/ 0 و پرسش‌نامه ارتباطات سازمانی 93/ 0 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون آماری هم‌بستگی، رگرسیون و آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اثر مثبت و معناداری سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا بر ارتباطات سازمانی وجود دارد. به‌عبارت دیگر، سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا می‌تواند ارتباطات سازمانی را توسعه دهد. هم‌چنین ابعاد رهبری تحول‌گرا بجز ملاحظات فردی و کاریزما بر ارتباطات سازمانی اثر مثبت و معناداری تحریک عقلانی، انگیزش الهامی و در نهایت کاریزما قرار داشته است. با توجه به آزمون فریدمن نیز به‌ترتیب بیش‌ترین میانگین اختصاص به ملاحظات فردی، تحریک عقلانی و انگیزش الهامی و در نهایت کاریزما قرار داشته است.

The purpose of the current research is the role of transformational leadership style of commanders and managers on the improvement of employees' organizational communication. This research is applied in terms of the purpose of the research, descriptive and correlational in terms of the method, and in terms of the data collection method, it is a field research method. The statistical population of the research is made up of all employees of the police headquarters of the coastal cities of Tunkabon and Ramsar, which is a statistical sample of 186 people. To collect research data, Barnett et al.'s standard transformational leadership questionnaire (2001) and Hadigal's standard employee organizational communication questionnaire (2014) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was obtained using the Cronbach's alpha formula for the transformational leadership questionnaire of 0.82 and the organizational communication questionnaire of 0.93, respectively. To analyze the data, statistical tests of correlation, regression and Friedman's test were used using SPSS software. The findings show that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on organizational communication. In other words, transformational leadership style can develop organizational communication. Also, the dimensions of transformational leadership, apart from individual considerations and charisma, have a positive and meaningful effect on organizational communication, such as intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and finally charisma. According to Friedman's test, the highest averages were assigned to individual considerations, intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation, and finally charisma.
