Abstract:
ﺷﻜﻲ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻭ ﺗﻌﺎﺩﻝ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻓﻜﺮﻱ، ﻋﻤﻠﻲ، ﺗﻜﻨﻴﻜﻲ، ﺳﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﺁﻥ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺴﺰﺍﻳﻲ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺎﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺭﻭﺍﻥ ﺁﺭﺍﻡ ﻭ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻴﻨﺪﻳﺸﻨﺪ، ﺑﺨﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺍﮔﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎﺍﻣﻨﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ ﻭ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺩﻏﺪﻏﻪﻫﺎﻱ ﺭﻭﺣﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎﻱ ﺭﻭﺍﻥ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺎﻥ ﺣﺎﻛﻢ ﮔﺮﺩﺩ، ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺴﻞ ﺟﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﺭ ﺩﺭﺳﺖﺍﻧﺪﻳﺸﻴﺪﻥ ﻭ ﭘﻴﺶﺑﺮﺩ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ ﺩﺍﺷﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ، ﻫﺮ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺛﺒﺎﺕ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻨﻴﺖ ﺑﻴﺎﻭﺭﺩ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻭ ﺗﻌﺎﺩﻝ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻛﻨﺪ، ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻓﻜﺮﻱ، ﻋﻤﻠﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺳﻬﻴﻢ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺑﻲﺷﻚ ﺣﺠﺎﺏ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻋﻮﺍﻣﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬﺍﺭ ﺩﺭ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻭ ﺳﻌﺎﺩﺕ ﻭ ﺭﺷﺪ ﻓﻜﺮﻱ ﻭ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﻓﻘﻪ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺣﺠﺎﺏ ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ ﻣﻲﻭﺭﺯﺩ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎﺭ ﺍﺛﺒﺎﺕ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺣﺠﺎﺏ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻳﻚ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﺔ ﺷﺨﺼﻲ، ﻭ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺴﺎﻳﻞ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﻛﻢﺭﻧﮓ ﺩﺭ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ، ﺑﻠﻜﻪ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺴﺎﻳﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻓﻘﻬﻲ، ﺍﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻭ ﺑﻨﻴﺎﺩﻱ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﺭﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﺁﻥ، ﺩﻭﻟﺖ ﻭ ﻣﻠﺖ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﻳﺎﺭﻱ ﻣﻲﻃﻠﺒﺪ ﻭ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺩﻭﻟﺖ ﻭ ﻣﻠﺖ ﻭﺍﺟﺐ ﻭ ﻻﺯﻡ ﻣﻲﺷﻤﺮﺩ
There is no doubt that just a healthy and balanced society could reach intellectual، technical، political and moral developments. There are some important and effective elements that wellbeing of society refers to them. No doubt that one of them is Islamic Hijab. Accordingly، Fiqh of Islam insists on operation of Hijab and we try to demonstrate that Islamic Hijab is not a personal or unimportant issue. Also we express the necessity of operation of Hijab for wellbeing of society. Reaching this goal needs the help of people and government. There are five reasons that make this effort as necessary.
