چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به وضعیت پراسترس حرفه پرستاری در بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه، مولفههای موثر بر کاهش استرس کاری و بهبود بهداشت روانی پرستاران مهم به شمار میرود. از آنجا که خودشفقتورزی در ایجاد تعادل سلامت روانی افراد نقش دارد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال 1399 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش، مطالعه ای مقطعی از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. تعداد 367 پرستار شاغل در تمامی بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال 1399 به صورت تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری دادهها پرسشنامه سه قسمتی اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامههای خودشفقتورزی Neff و استرس کاری Gray-Toft and Anderson بود. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از طریق نرمافزار SPPS 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری در پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن ارتباط معکوس و معنیدار وجود دارد (260/0-=r، 01/0P<). همچنین خودشفقتورزی در پرستاران در حد متوسط با میانگین نمره (51/0±03/3) و استرس کاری در پرستاران در حد بالا با میانگین نمره (82/16±38/103) بود.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه توسط کمیته اخلاق تایید شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی نظیر تکمیل فرم رضایت آگاهانه، مشارکت داوطلبانه، توضیح اهداف تحقیق و اطمینان در مورد محرمانهبودن اطلاعات رعایت گردید.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به ارتباط معکوس خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری، سیاستگذاران و مسوولین پرستاری میتوانند از طریق آموزش و ارتقای خودشفقتورزی پرستاران، در جهت کاهش استرس کاری و بهبود عملکرد کاری آنان اقدام نمایند.
Background and Aim: Nurses in intensive care units has stressful situation,
therefore it is essential to identify effective approaches to decrease stress and
increase psychological health for them. Self-compassion can play a role in
balancing the mental health of nurses. The aim of this study was to determine
the relationship between self-compassion and Job stress of nurses in intensive
care units of hospitals affiliated to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in
2020.
Materials and Methods: This study was descriptive correlational crosssectional
study. It conducted on 367 nursing staff in intensive care units
hospitals affiliated to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2020. The data
collection tool was a questioner consisted of: demographic characteristics;
Neff’s Compassion Scale and Gray-Toft and Anderson’s job stress. Data were
analyzed by using SPSS 21 software and descriptive and inferential statistical
tests.
Findings: The results of Spearman correlation test showed that there is a
statistically inverse significant relationship between job stress and selfcompassion
(P<0.01, r=-0.260). The mean score of self-compassion was
3.36±0.51, which shows a moderate level of self-compassion.
Ethical Considerations: This study is approved by the Ethics Committee on
Medical Research. Ethical considerations such as completing the informed
consent form voluntary participation, explaining research goals, and assurance
of confidentiality were observed.
Discussion and Conclusion: The results of this study revealed a reverse
relationship between self-compassion and job stress of nurses; therefore,
policymakers and nursing authorities can take strides in moderating nurses’ job
stress and improving their professional performance by education and
improvement of nurses’ self-compassion skill.
