چکیده:
با توسعه مفهوم موزه در دوران مدرن، انواع آن در بسترها و نهادهای گوناگون تکثیر شد و در حوزه آموزش عالی، موز ه های دانشگاهی پدید آمدند. سه دسته اصلی برای این نوع موز ه ها می توان برشمرد: موز ههایی با هدف آموزش؛ موز ههایی برای نمایش پیشینه و تاریخ دانشگاه؛ موز ههایی حاوی آرشیوهای شخصی و آثار اهدایی. چرایی موفقیت دسته نخست و آسیب شناسی ناکامی و کمرنگ ماندن دو دسته دیگر، بخش اصلی این نوشتار است. در ادامه به شرح برخی نتایج کوتاهی در توجه به موزه های تاریخی، تاکید بر ضرورت حضور موزه های دانشگاهی به مثابه بخشی از منابع آموزشی و برنامه آموزش دانشگاه ها، ایفای نقش موزه ها در سیاست گذاری های فرهنگی و علمی دانشگاه ها، انجام رسالت موزه به عنوان مرجع اسناد و منابع معتبر تاریخ دانشگاه، آسیب شناسی عدم برقراری ارتباط کافی، فعال و خلاقانه دانشجویان با موزه ها، نداشتن نقش فعال در توسعه فرهنگ و مهارت های پژوهشی و مواردی از این دست است پرداخته شده است. نوشتار با تاکید بر باز اندیشی در جایگاه و موقعیت موزه ها برای توسعه سواد دانشگاهی، سواد علمی دانشجویان و حتی عموم مردم به پایان می رسد.
By development of the concept of museum in modern times, its types
were multiplied in various contexts and institutions; and in the field of
higher education, university museums emerged. There are three main
categories for this type of museum: museums for educational purposes;
Museums for displaying the background and history of the universities;
and museums containing personal archives and donated objects.
The reason behind the success of the first category neglecting the other
two categories is the main purpose of this article. In the following, some
of the consequences of neglecting historical museums, emphasizing the
need for the presence of university museums as parts of educational resources
and educational programs of universities, the role of museums in
cultural and scientific policies of universities, the mission of the museums
as sources of credible documents in the history of the university, the pathology
of students’ lack of adequate, active and creative communication
with museums, lack of active role of museums in the developing research
skills, and etc. have been discussed. The article concludes with an emphasis
on reconsideration toward the position of museums in developing the
academic literacy, students’ scientific literacy, and even the literacy of the
public
