مقدمه: سازمان ها از طریق ساختاردهی منظم و مداوم رفتار کارکنان باعث همسو سازی و سازگاری نگرش ها، ارزش ها و رفتار های فردی با ارزش ها، هنجارها و رفتارهای مطلوب سازمانی می شوند. سازمان ها باید فرصت های مناسب جهت آشناسازی کارکنان با مأموریت، اهداف، وظایف شغلی و ارزش های مطلوب سازمان در راستای افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی و دست یابی به مزیت رقابتی فراهم نمایند. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی تاکتیک های جامعه پذیری نهادی با رویکرد تلفیقی کیفی- کمی صورت گرفته است.روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی با هدف کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 10 نفر از خبرگان مدیران ارشد سازمان های دولتی زیرمجموعه وزارت نفت در حوزه مورد مطالعه می باشد که پرسشنامه های دلفی، مقایسات زوجی و دیمتل در میان آن‌ها پخش شد با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل داده ها انجام گرفته است، همچنین یافته‌ها بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده اثبات شد.یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق اثبات شد، معیار " جمعی" با وزن نهائی 0.205 در اولویت اول میان معیارها بوده، معیار متوالی بیشترین تأثیرگذاری و تعامل را دارا می باشد، معیار دایمی از بیشترین تاثیرپذیری برخوردار است و زیرمعیار " آموزش های شغلی مؤثر برای افراد تازه وارد" با وزن نهائی 0.0507 در اولویت اول میان زیرمعیارها قرار دارد.
Introduction: Organizations, through regular and continuous structuring of employees' behavior, cause the alignment and adaptation of individual attitudes, values and behaviors with the values, norms and desirable organizational behaviors.Organizations should provide appropriate opportunities to familiarize employees with the mission, goals, job tasks and desired values of the organization in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness and achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to identify and prioritize institutional socialization tactics with a qualitative-quantitative integrated approach.Research Method: The method of this research is descriptive with an applied purpose. The statistical population of the study is 10 experts of senior managers of government organizations under the Ministry of Oil in the study area, among whom Delphi questionnaires, pairwise comparisons and Demetel were distributed. Data were analyzed using ANP-DEMATEL approach.Results: Based on the results of the research, it was proved that the "collective" criterion with a final weight of 0.205 is the first priority among the criteria, the consecutive criterion has the most impact and interaction, the permanent criterion has the most impact and the sub-criterion "effective job training" For newcomers "with a final weight of 0.0507 is the first priority among the sub-criteria.
