هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر نوآوری بر رفتارهای مشارکت و شهروندی مشتری با نقش میانجی تعامل مشتری در بانک صنعت و معدن می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا یک تحقیق پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مشتریان بانک صنعت و معدن در سراسر کشور و تعداد اعضای نمونه 384 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و برای اجرای مدل از نرم-افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. طبق یافته‌های این تحقیق، نوآوری و تعامل مشتری با رفتارهای مشارکت و شهروندی مشتری رابطه مثبت دارد. علاوه بر این، تعامل مشتری واسطه ارتباط نوآوری و رفتارهای مشارکت و شهروندی مشتری است. این مطالعه باعث گسترش دانش فعلی در مورد ایجاد ارتباط و همکاری مشترک مشتریان با سازمان‌ها به خصوص در زمینه بانکداری می‌شود و ارتباط نوآوری، تعامل مشتری و رفتارهای مشارکت و شهروندی مشتری را بررسی می‌کند. نتایج مطالعه از نظر شیوه‌های نوآورانه و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری، جهت‌دهی جدی مدیران بانک را نشان می‌دهد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation on customer participation and citizenship behaviors with the mediating role of customer interaction in the Bank of Industry and Mine. This research is A survey research in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of the study included the customers of Bank of Industry and Mine across the country and the number of sample members was 384 who were selected by simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling method and SPSS and AMOS software were used to implement the model. According to the findings of this study, customer innovation and interaction have a positive relationship with customer participation and citizenship behaviors. In addition, customer interaction mediates the relationship between innovation and customer participation and citizenship behaviors. This study expands on the current knowledge about establishing customer relationships and collaboration with organizations, especially in the field of banking, and examines the relationship between innovation, customer interaction, and customer participation and citizenship behaviors. The results of the study show the serious direction of bank managers in terms of innovative methods and customer relationship management.
