ارائۀ مدل بازاریابی دیجیتال جهت توسعۀ صنعت هتلداری ( مورد مطالعه جزیرۀ کیش) مقالة

چکیده| از مهم‌ترین عواملی که می‌تواند صنعت گردشگری کشور، به‌ویژه بخش هتل‌داری را توسعه و بهبود بخشد، به‌کارگیری ابزارها و پارامترهای بازاریابی، به‌خصوص بازاریابی دیجیتال است. هـدف اصلـی پژوهش ارائة مدل بازاریابی دیجیتال جهت توسعة صنعت هتلداری است. در این پژوهش از روش آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) اکتشافی استفاده شد. روش استفاده شده در بخش کیفی پژوهش، نظریة داده‌بنیاد است. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از ابزار مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی از ابزار پرسشنامه (محقق ساخته) استفاده شد. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی شامل کارشناسان و خبرگان صنعت گردشگری و در بخش کمی شامل مدیران هتل‌های 5 و 4 ستارة جزیرة کیش (مدیران عامل، روز و شب) است که از میان گروه اول تعداد نمونه به روش گلوله‌برفی هدف‌مند تا اشباع نظری تعداد 12 نفر و از میان گروه دوم به‌صورت تمام شمار تعداد 66 نفر، انتخاب شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته از روش کدگذاری در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA استفاده شد. یافته‌های مبتنی‌بر نظریة داده‌بنیاد در بخش کیفی نشان داد عناصر بازاریابی دیجیتال از طریق 7 مؤلفة ویژگی‌های فنی ابزار دیجیتال، مزیت نسبی (ارزش)، هزینه (قیمت)، مدیریت فرایندها، ترویج، کیفیت خدمات و کیفیت اطلاعات، بر قصد گردشگری تأثیر می‌گذارد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل در بخش کمی جهت آزمون مدل مفهومی، پرسش‌نامه‌ای متشکل از 6 بُعد، 25 مؤلفه و 59 گویه، طراحی و در بین جامعة آماری توزیع شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از یافته‌های کمی حاصل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تأییدکنندة یافته‌های کیفی هستند. همچنین تحلیل داده‌های بخش کمی پژوهش به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرم‌افزار Smart PLS صورت پذیرفت.

The main goal of the research is to present a digital marketing model for the development of the hotel industry (Kish Island study). The method used in the qualitative part of the research is foundational data theory, in order to collect data in the qualitative part, a semi-structured interview tool was used, and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire tool (made by the researcher) was used. The statistical sample of the research in the qualitative part includes experts and experts of the hotel and tourism industry, in order to conduct the interviews, the opinions of 12 experts related to the subject of the research were used, and in the quantitative part, in order to complete the questionnaires (made by the researcher), the opinions of 65 managers and employees of Kish Island hotels were used. In order to analyse was used in MAXQDA, the findings based on the data base theory in the qualitative section showed that the 7 components of digital marketing are: technical features of digital tools, relative advantage (value), cost (price), process management, promotion, service quality and information quality, which affect tourism intention. In order to test the conceptual model, a questionnaire consisting of 6 dimensions, 25 components and 59 items was designed and distributed among the statistical sample. The results obtained from the quantitative findings from the structural equation modelling confirm the qualitative findings. the data analysis of the quantitative part of the research was done using smart PLS.
