Abstract:
مطالعه حاضر به بررسی وضعیت مسئولیتپذیری شرکتهای همکار شهرداری تهران نسبت به کودکان کار و همچنین بررسی چگونگی استفاده و ترویج اصل مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی برای کاهش پدیده کار کودک در سطح شهر تهران میپردازد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، روش کیفی است که با تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شده است. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد و مطلعین کلیدی از بین فعالین سازمانهای مردمنهاد، کارشناسان و مدیران و خبرگان دانشگاهی انتخاب شدند. انجام مصاحبهها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت که این امر با انجام 25 مصاحبه محقق شد. برای تحلیل محتوای مصاحبههای انجام شده از روش تحلیل مضمونی استفاده شد که در نهایت پنج مقوله کلی در دو دسته چیستی و چرایی مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش استخراج گردید.
مقولات بدست آمده عبارتاند از: سه نسلی شدن پدیده کار کودک، زنجیره تامین معیوب، زمینههای اثربخشی CSR، سیاستهای رفاهی- اقتصادی منجر به کار کودک، فقدان بستر مناسب عمل به CSR. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش بیانگر ماهیت و علل کار کودک و نحوه ارتباط آن با شرکتهای همکار مدیریت شهری است. علاوه بر این، ماهیت مسئولیت اجتماعی در ارتباط با کودکان کار را تشریح کرده و نشان میدهد که زمینه عمل به مسئولیت اجتماعی برای این شرکتها مهیاست یا خیر.
This study investigates the status of corporate social responsibility fulfilment among the urban management partner corporations in terms of child labor in Tehran. It also studies how the use and propagation of the corporate social responsibility principle to decrease child labor in Tehran. The research method used in this study is qualitative using semi-structured interviewing techniques. Purposive sampling was used to choose key informants from activists in NGOs, experts & managers and academics. The interviews continued until reaching the point of saturation, which in this study was achieved by conducting 25 interviews. To reach the research findings, the content of the interviews was analyzed through thematic analysis. Once the analysis was done, we reached 5 comprehensive themes, consisting of two sets of quiddity and causes bearing the topic of the study.
The resulted themes encompasses: transmission of child labour through three generations, defective supply chain, CSR effectiveness grounds, economic-welfare policies leading to child labour, loss of appropriate ground for acting based on CSR. The results show the nature and causes of child labour and how it relates to urban management partner corporates. Furthermore, it describes the nature of social responsibility in relation to child labor and shows whether the ground is available for social accountability for such corporates to perform upon.
