Abstract:
شهدت العقود القليلة الماضية اتساع استخدام مفهوم الصورة الذهنية في الدراسات
الاتصالية المتصلة بالعلاقات العامة، وان اغلب البحوث والدراسات المتصلة بوظائف وأهداف
العلاقات العامة قد لا تخلو من الإشارة إلى أهمية هذا النشاط في بناء صورة ايجابية ومرضية
عن المنظمة أو الأشخاص أو الأشياء في عقول الجماهير. اذ تعرف الصورة الذهنية بانها
تصور عقلي شائع بين أفراد جماعة معينة نحو فرد أو مجموعة أفراد أو شيء معين . وتعد
الكليات الأهلية العراقية من المؤسسات التعليمية المهمة التي يسند إليها تقديم خدمات عديدة
للمجتمع، أهمها تقديم خدمة التعليم العالي للطلبة. ان الهدف الرئيسي لهذا البحث هو تحديد
الصورة الذهنية للكليات الاهلية العراقية لدى جمهور الطلبة الجامعات وتحديدا كلية المأمون
الجامعة الاهلية. ويأتي هذا البحث ضمن البحوث الوصفية، اذ اعتمد الباحث على المنهج
المسحي للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن جمهور الطلبة يحمل صورة
ايجابية عن كلية (المأمون) الأهلية. كما كشف البحث عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا
بين متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والعمر، والتخصص) وصورة الذهنية التي يحملونها.
The past few decades have witnessed the widening use of a
concept of image in Communicative studies related to public relations, and
that most of the researches and studies related to the functions and
objectives of the public relations may not devoid of reference to the
importance of this activity in building a positive image and satisfactory to
the organization or persons or things in the minds of the public. Definition
of image as mental perception common among members of a particular
group toward an individual or group. individuals or something. The
private Iraqi faculties are educational institutions that task assigned to
provide many services to the community the most important of which is
the provision of the service of higher education. The main objective of this
research is to identify the mental image of private colleges specifically,
Almamon University College. This research comes within Descriptive
Research. The researcher was adopted on the survey method to achieve the
desired results. The finding of research is that an audience of students
carrying a positive image of the Faculty.
