Abstract:
ان مدرسي الرياضيات يعدون من بين أهم مدرسي المواد العلمية في الثانويات بحكم
طبيعة المادة العلمية الصرفة ، وكون البعض من هؤلاء المدرسين مؤهلين أكاديميا من الناحية
المهنية ، وليس بالضرورة ان الجميع يتمتعون بنفس المؤهلات من الناحية التربوية والاجتماعية
، وسيركز البحث على المدرسين الذين قد يفتقرون إلى نوع من الكفايات الاجتماعية ، ونظرا
لما تمتلكه هذه المادة من خصوصية معينة و صعوبة نسبية من الناحية الأخرى ، فأن مدرس
الرياضيات تراه منهمكا في أجواء سير التدريسات وما يتطلبه الأداء الفعلي جراءها ، من حيث
التحضير والتخطيط والتنفيذ العملي لمادته الجوهرية ، مما يجعله يستغرق جل وقته في استثمار
زمن المحاضرة حرصا منه على إكمال مفردات المنهج الدراسي المطلوب ، والعيش الجدي مع
متطلبات المضامين الأساسية للمادة . وهذا الانهماك في خضم الأداء الفعلي المضني ، وبدافع
الحرص المتواصل لإكساب الطلبة القدر العالي من المهارات التحصيلية ، مما يجعله يفتقر
أحيانا لبعض الممارسات الاجتماعية والنفسية التي ينبغي ان تراها في سير تدريساته وتعامله
العام مع طلبته .
Mathematics teachers consider as the most important scientific materials
teachers in any secondary school. Because the pure nature of their
scientific materials. So they are eligible professionally and educationally
in their academic study. This material sometimes has a relative speciality
and difficulty. Mathematics teacher always focuses on his material , its
studying and its effort inside the class like, the preparing , planning and the
scientific fulfillment of his material, so that he spends all the lecture time
focusing on his material, in order to finish the exact scientific method and
obliges in the vocabulary course. Mathematics teachers have not any
social and psychological features because of their hard effort by studying
their material. Even educational observer discovers that there are some
social competencies are not found inside the classroom , which should be
found to motivate students and attracts their attention in order to be an
interesting lecture. The importance of the research focuses on the
educational observer and how he feels that, there are some social
competence which are the educational in situation should give it a part in
order to be taken accuount. Because they are many skills and social
practices of the mathematics teachers themselves in teaching this material.
And these skills appear inside the classroom which included by the
the researcher took in the first topic, the problem of the research and its
importance, he selected his research and its terminology, like the
correction, performance, the social competencies, the study section and the
nature of the material . while I the second topic the researcher took the old
similar studies according to the research tool, Procedures, its sample, its
clearness' and its stability. And then shows it to the experts to take their
notes about it. In the forth topic the researcher shows the results according
the Gange Quintet which applied by the researcher according to the page ,
number, very important, too important , little important , and take the
central value of each topic . finally in his fifth topic the researcher shows
his recommendations like, sending the excellent teacher to other countries
in order to see the new international experience . and gives teachers an
educational magazine at two times in each year at least, and obliges the
monastery of Education to pay all its cost. In his suggestion the researcher
suggests that to make a study for studing physics in secondary schools.
And makes a study aims to focus on the motivations behind the youth
migration out of country.
