ارتباط نفقه و تمکین در قانون مدنی Journal Article

تکلیف مرد در دادن نفقه‌ی زن، یک تکلیف یک‌جانبه است و دارا بودن یا عدم دارا بودن مرد، تأثیری در آن ندارد و زن الزامی ندارد که از اموال شخصی خود، مخارج زندگی‌اش را تأمین کند. در واقع یکی از حقوق زوجه همین نفقه می‌باشد. در این مقاله ابعاد و احکام مختلف نفقه، بررسی‌شده است. این مقاله دارای چهار بخش است. در بخش اول معنای تمکین و نفقه و ارتباط آن‌ها باهم، در بخش دوم مبانی حقوقی نفقه، در بخش سوم آثار حقوقی مبانی نفقه و درنهایت در بخش چهارم سایر احکام متفرقه در خصوص نفقه موردبررسی و تحلیل قرارگرفته است.

A man's duty to indulge in a woman's alimony is a unilateral duty, and the affection or lack of possession of the man has no effect on it, and the woman is not required to pay for her living expenses from her personal property. In fact, one of the wives' rights is this alimony. In this paper, various dimensions and rules of alimony have been investigated. This article has four sections. In the first part, the meaning of subjection and alimony, and their relationship, in the second part of the legal basis of alimony, in the third part, the legal effects of the principles of alimony, and finally in Section 4, other misconceptions regarding alimony are examined and analyzed
